Condo, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-4)

This newly remodeled 1st Floor Unit is just steps from the Sunny Beach by Casinos *Coliseum *Golf *Keesler AF Base *Fishing & much more. Directly on Beach Blvd between Treasure Bay & Beau Rivage casinos.

I use to take a $200 refundable deposit. But between taking the extra money & refunding it later it was too much trouble. So now I take a deposit to hold the unit for you & then it goes toward the rental payment. Then there is nothing to worry about sending back later.

This complex is right off the beach on Hwy 90. This 1ST Floor (ground level) 1 bedroom condo comes completly furnished, has granite counter tops, washer dryer in unit, FREE WI-Fi, new air conditioner, a gym, playground for kids and 2 pools. Close to Casinos, Beauvior (Jefferson Davis Home & Presidential Library), Veterans Hospital & Colesium. New Orleans 1 1/2 hours away & Mobile 1 hour away.

Why Kenneth Cooper chose Biloxi

Location is great. Close to many attractions & about as close to the beach as the city allows. The complex grounds are kept well, 2 pools & a small gym, and the inside had marble counter tops. That was just a few of the things we liked.

What makes this condo unique

Besides the crabs, crawfish & seafood along the gulf coast. Just going to the beach & watching the sunset is very relaxing.

Nearest Airport : Gulfport/Biloxi at 11 Miles

This coplex is idealy located. It is close to the Coliseum, Veterans Hospital, Jefferson Davis Home, close to shopping & reataurants, Casinos & right off the beach. There are free shuttles to most Casinos.

Just... 1.5 miles to the Veterans Hospital.

Just...3 Miles from the Beau Rivage and the brand-new Hard Rock Casino!

My daughter and I had the good fortune of finding Mr Kenneth's condo online! What a great place! And the owner is just a PRINCE of a man! so accomodating! There is nothing negative I can say at all about our time spent there. It was quiet, immaculately clean and well supplied with everything we needed! Close and convenient to anything and anywhere you might want to go while in Biloxi! We will DEFINITELY make this condo our "goto" every time we can get a few days off to spend at the beach!!

Excellent, even though

The condo was awesome, Kenneth is an awesome out of town owner. I am giving 5 stars even though the beds were quiet small for 2 over sized travelers. We had a blast and the neighbors are super too!

We went for my 46th birthday (8th of December) and to do some Christmas shopping. We are not gamblers so we didn't bother with the smoky atmosphere and didn't miss it either.
Biloxi is so different since Katrina but it is coming back nicely, don't let that stop you from visiting.

We will check back for our next weekend trip and look forward to talking to Kenneth before hand.

I'd definitely suggest everyone enjoy Diberville Ms as well!

Great place to stay

The condo is fully stocked with almost everything you need (pots, pans, dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper and paper towels). It very close to the beach, we were able to walk there. It is a bit far from the casinos but we weren't there for that so it worked out great for us. I would recommend it over a hotel in the area for both price and comfort.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Romantic Getaway

Thanks for your response. The casinos are about 1 1/2 to 2 miles away. But there is a free shuttle bus that runs along Beach Blvd. I am not sure of the schedule. Glad you had a great time.

Clean, Well Priced, and Convenient!!

At first, I was scared to rent seeing that it was very well priced and no deposit/taxes. But I'm so glad I did! The condo is very clean and equipped with everything you need for your stay. Also located close to casinos, shops, restaurants! We will be returning again. Thanks Mr Kenneth!

No actually it is just much easier for me to not have to take, keep track of & return the deposits. Plus I like to keep it rented as opposed to vacant. It keeps my cleaning crew employed & happy.

Clean, Affordable and Accommodating Owner

We stayed at Room K-163 and the room was very clean and had everything we needed. The owner was very accommodating and did his best to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We are definitely returning next year. Other reviews of this condo complex warned that the condo units were individually managed--some good, some not so good. We were lucky that we got a unit that was well cared for by the owner. Rent this place. You won't be disappointed
