After 18 months, this completely renovated and professionally decorated unit is now being offered for rent. If you are looking for the ultimate in accomodations for your vacation experience, this is it. Harwood floors run throughout the unit with all baths finished in marble. Granite countertops accent the new kitchen cabinets with stainless steel appliances.

The living room toasts a 46' hi/def TV with surround sound along with a Blue-ray DVD player and stereo. Each bedroom has a 37' hi/def TV, Blue-ray DVD player and CD player for your enjoyment.

The unit comes with WiFi for your computing needs and free local and long distance (continental US) telephone.

Master bedroom has a custom marble top desk for those on a working vacation.

The views from the Patio and Master Bedroom are unmatched on the island.

The unit comes fully equipped for your carefree enjoyment. There is no nicer, better equipped or better located unit in Harbour Town. No cost was spared on the complete and total remake and furnishing of this unit.

A world renowned golf course, tennis center and harbour are liltterally at your front door with the Calibogue Sound out the back door.

This unit is for the mature adults who are truly looking for unique upscale accomodations for their time on the island. Due to the unique nature of this unit, it will not accomodate anyone under the age of 25. The rental rates for this unit are firm and are not negotiable.
