Beautiful holiday home set in a tranquil location 10min walk from St Georges's beach and Paceville, an entertainment peninsula offering pubs, cafe's, restaurants, cinemas,discotheques, casinos and shops. The property offers a large roof with sunloungers & BBQ for Alfresco dining. Accommodation comprises of luxury living area with sofa, 40'Lcd cable TV, wireless internet, dining seats eight, full kitchen including dishwasher, b'fast bar,three double bedrooms (main with ensuite), family bathroom, and is fully air conditioned. The property is in an upmarket area yet within walking distance making it a very relaxing holiday without the need to drive. Should one like to rent a car and explore the rest of the magnificent island its central position makes it very easy to achieve as all is mostly within a 30min drive. Sandy & rocky beaches, historical places and cities and the capital Valletta are worth a visit. A Summer holiday to remember, be it romantic, with friends or a fun family treat.

Relax in Sunny Malta: Relax in the most desirable climate the locals are blessed with. The weather is generally mild and warm with plenty of sunshine. It does not rain much in Malta and a sunny holiday is nearly guaranteed throughout the year. The climate makes it a wonderful place to enjoy outdoors come summer or winter. Al fresco dining in the evenings under the moon and stars presents the most romantic set up. Fresh blue sky mornings but never too cold ideal for walking or jogging along the coast on the promenade being so close. And if action and sports are on the agenda then one might be tempted to go diving or play Golf, try clay pigeon shooting, play tennis or go horse riding. Yaughting, fishing,water skiing, canoeing and paragliding can be done too as well bowling & cycling, The Maltese people are warm and always willing to help. This is an ingredient which entices visitors to visit again and again.

Nightlife and Shopping: For the young at heart who love nothing better then a good boogie Malta offers plenty of Clubs for for all ages. Nights out can last until the early hours of the morning. Food lovers will be spoilt for choice from Mediterranean, Continental or Asian. Casinos,clubs,bars,pubs,plus brilliant street parties with well known international DJs to entertain. Concerts are becoming very popular featuring famous international artists. All this is a throw stone away from our holiday home. Valletta the capital city and it's wonderful theatre will enchant you with performances from the national orchestra presenting interpretations of musicals and opera. Top brand names at big shopping centres & daily market stalls in the inland villages. Why not visit the Silent city of Mdina if you fancy a romantic day or evening with it's history dating back hundreds of years. And plan a visit to the south of Malta. Try heading towards Marsaxlokk a fisherman village, good for fresh fish or souvenirs to take home.

FABULOUS APARTMENT!

We stayed here in October while in Malta for our wedding, 4 of us stayed here and we couldn't fault it! It is so modern and tastefully decorated...It is huge and really well equipped with all mod cons! Massive tv in Living room with dvd and a dvd library with good selection of films. Really comfy couch! Free internet is excellent if you're bringing a laptop - lovely desk area too! Kitchen is fab, equipped with everything you could need for a weeks holidayand when we arrived there were some basic food items to get us started including milk, water and really nice bread!! It is in a very nice location on a quiet street and only 15 minutes walk at a leisurely pace from the centre of the action & the beach & buses! There's a couple of shops within 3 minutes walk from apartment too for groceries. If you have a car there's plenty parking on the street. The roof terrace is huge and i only wish we had time to make the most of it and do a bit of sunbathing as it is a great suntrap! Definitely book this apartment if you are looking for somewhere near to all the action but away from the hustle and bustle..superb value! Thanks Charlotte.

A GREAT PLACE TO STAY!

What a little gem of a place to stay. Charlotte, the hostess is full of Malta charm and was extremely helpful and welcoming on every level. The villa is absolutely massive and we found ourselves lost from each other at times. It was also crisp and clean with fans available on those hot days. Everything we needed was available including a channel to watch the F1 on the telly, and loads of great kids channels too! Within very close walking distance of both the harbour and a swimming beach and the shops too. But the highlight for me was the huge roof terrace with gas bbq! Great place for us to relax in the evenings with a sundowner. Very highly reccomended.

GREAT ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION

Spent a couple of weeks here last summer, its in a nice quiet street but only a stones throw from the bustling seafront. The house was very well equipped and presented - all the mod cons you could wish for. Rooms were all a good size - it was very comfortable for our family of 5, especially loved the large roof terrace with BBQ, spent many an evening looking over the rooftops enjoying a beer. Only a handful of beaches in Malta but we were just 15min walk from one - also pretty close to Valletta. The weather was fabulous the whole time!

FEBRUARY HOLIDAY

We booked this property based on its location and previous reviews. We were not disappointed and were very satisfied with the location and property amenities. Charlotte is very accomodating and her staff were very helpful on our arrival/departure. We were a group of 6 adults. The property is actually nicer than the pictures. Everything was in the property that we required. We rented a car, but didn't use it that much as everything is within walking distance. Car rentals in Malta seem easy and inexpensive but beware of the fine print on their agreements - even if you take full insurance you are still responsible for "un seen damages". The grocery store "Scots" (just below "Meet" restaurant) is less than a 15 minute walk away- we found this one to be the most reasonable with the best selection. Our favourite restaurant was Biancos - great food + service - they even have delivery (best cappuccinos + banoffe pie in St Julians). Also try Cafe Cuba in Sliema - busy spot along the water but great food. Any touring can be easily done with the "hop on hop off" buses that are all over Malta and are fairly reasonable. Take advantage of "E-Cabs" while you are in Malta as they are significantly cheaper than regular cabs and they have standard posted rates so no guessing or haggling. Don't miss going to Mdina - we only had a few hours there and wished we had more time. Did the Valetta 90 minute harbour tour and then half a day on Gozo. The Harbour Tour is deinitely worth while, but we would have saved Gozo for a full day as you need more time for the "Hop on Hop Off" buses. Try and get to Marsaxlokk - a small fishing village about 25 minutes away - they have a lovely market along the waterfront - and many restaurants.
We would definitely recommend this property to anyone travelling to Malta. It was very central and easy to get to other parts of the Island. The area is very quiet during the day and evening. We spent a lot of time on the roof top patio enjoying the scenery and tranquility.

We were with 4 adults and an infant at the appartment. It was fabulous; the bedrooms, the bathrooms, the kitchen. Shops and restaurants in walking distance and of course the beach. We enjoyed every minute and are looking forward to stay here again. It is really a great way to stay in Malta.

WONDERFUL APARTMENT AND SERVICE.

The apartment was wonderful and met all our expectations and needs. It really had the `wow` factor when you walked in the entrance door for the first time. The location was quiet but within easy reach of the Paceville and transport links. We did however rent a car and parking was not an issue.

We are frequent visitors to Malta and normally stay in hotels or with family, but decided to try something different and were glad that we chose this beautiful apartment. The service provided by the property owner was extremely helpful, who also arranged transport to/from the airport. it was a pleasure to stay in this apartment and actually we did not feel that a week was long enough to use all the facilities that the apartment had to offer ie barbeque and sunloungers on the roof terrace.

Would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family. thank you.

A superb holiday location, within walking distance to the most desirable areas of St Julians, Paceville and Sliema offering the best nightlife. restaurants and shopping malls. St Julians a wonderful fishing village offering a long promenade with restaurants, cafes, and a place where one may start a tour of he Islands by bus or boat. Paceville a vibrant peninsula offering the young at heart numerous places of entertainment such as Cinemas, clubs and lively pubs partying all night. One may enjoy the clear Mediterranean St Georges beach or one of the private lidos exclusively set on the shore. Local village restaurants offering typical Maltese & Mediterranean food are found in every village or town many of them having historical sites, churches, palaces or sites worth visiting. The locals are very warm and friendly. Crime is very little & not worth mentioning. A visit to Valletta and Mdina, cities steeped in history and architecture are a must. A varied and fantastic holiday place!

  • A refundable security deposit of 250 euro is paid locally to representative against breakages, lost keys and utility abuse (excess water and electrics). We allow a generous 50 units of electricity per day as part of our costs. Our rep will take electricity readings on arrival and departure and any units over and above this allowance, will need to be settled prior to departure. A welcome pack is provided at the start of each booking. Baby sitting is available at very competitive prices. Weekly laundry,linen and general tidy up is provided once a week for bookings of over 7 days. At roof level there is a further fully equiped kitchenette with fridge, freezer, hob and washing machine. Guests are welcome to use the BBQ and will find all that's needed to organise a lovely al fresco dining experience. However, it is expected that all the equipment is cleaned after use. Iron and iron board are also provided as well as all the mod cons one expects to find in their own home like food blender, rolling pin and baking ware, etc There is also an office set up with telephone service which allows in coming call. Only local outgoing calls can be made and bill will need to be settled prior to departure.
