The villa benefits from it's own private pool, with shallow end perfect for children. Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace with sea views, furnished with table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With four bedrooms (one with bunk beds), two with en-suite toilet and shower rooms and a family bathroom the villa is ideal for families, groups of friends or golfers. The gardens are spacious with a sheltered BBQ area and there is a rooftop solarium.

Sierra Villa is located on a pleasant urbanisation in Villamartin. There are a wide choice of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance including the popular Villamartin Plaza where there is a well stocked supermarket. The beaches of Cabo Roig and Campoamor are less than 10 minutes drive away by car and there is also a regular local bus service. Golfers can enjoy playing on three Championship golf course each 5 minutes away - Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Royal Campoamor. The bustling and vibrant resort of Torrevieja is a 20 minute drive on the coast road. The nearby motorway connects the cities of Alicante, Murcia and Cartegena and the airports of Murcia (20 mins) and Alicante (45 mins).
