Great opportunity to rent this superb, duplex apartment in one of the most sought after buildings and location in the Port of Alcudia. Just 50 meters from Alcudia's beautiful safe sandy beach and marina. Constructed in 2001 and located on the third and fourth floor ( 2 lifts)of the building the upper floor offers a fully fitted kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, lounge/dinning area with double glazed doors leading to the balcony from where one can relax and enjoy views of the Mediterranean. Interior stairs gain access to the lower floor. There is a large sitting area, bathroom and two bedrooms. 1 double bed and 1 twin room both with access to a balcony. Reverse cycle air-conditioning units and its excellent location, set in the very heart of the Port d'Alcudia, makes this apartment available to rent throughout the year. All amenities needed to ensure that you have a great holiday are right on your doorstep. Alcudia boasts the biggest/longest sandiest beach on the island.

Port of Alcudia beach/harbour is only 50mts away. The largest sandy beaches on the island it also offers all water sports imaginable and great boat trips. Bay of Pollensa is approx 5 mins by car or local bus service available just 100mts away from the apartment. Both beaches offer sunbeds and shade for hire, lots of bars and restaurants to choose from along the beach front. Local shops, restaurants, chemists, banks, supermarkets, post office all can be found within the port area 100mts to access the bus service. Less than a mile away there is a heated indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, tennis, paddle courts Alcudia water park is approx a mile away. Local activities include bicycle hire, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, paragliding, roller blading, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, wind-surfing. One of the biggest/fastest go-carting tracks can be found in C'an Picafort. Championship golf courses nearby.

GOLF: Golf Alcanada golf course is situated just a short distance from the apartment. Alcanada combines the essential requirements for the creation of a top category golf course, an unrivalled setting and a first rate design. The terrain gently slopes down towards the shoreline, with its pine, olive and oak trees and the mountains of the Sierra de Levante in the background. Alcanada is the only course in Mallorca that is right by the sea and has a spectacular view across the bay of Alcudia. Designed by Robert Trent Jones Snr. and Jnr, the beautiful Alcanada golf course, opened in October 2003. Typical Trent Jones features, like 58 well placed green side fairway bunkers, challenging greens with hidden breaks, and difficult but fair tee shots, already make this golf course a must for all experienced golfers travelling to Mallorca.

Distances: Distances Old historic walled town of Alcudia with amenities is less than a mile away. Alcudia water park is approx 3/4 of a mile away. Pollensa town with its winding streets, ancient churches and famous 365 steps leading up to one of the many churches also Puig de Maria with years of history can be reached by car/bus, then on foot to the monastery and with breathtaking views approx 20 mins drive/ bus ride away. Can Picafort with its pavement cafes and competition go-carting track approx 15 mins away.

Walking / Trekking: Walking/Trekking the north of Mallorca with its vast mountain range is prime walking country. Why not visit Mallorca in Autumn and Spring when the weather is cooler, and ideal for both walking and cycling? Why not walk or cycle around the S'Albufera Nature Park (Alcudia), it is the largest and most important wetland area in the Balearic's? The area is a former lagoon separated from the sea by a belt of dunes, which has converted into an extensive flood plain. The Natural Park which stretches across some 1708 hectares of marsh and dune land is a protected conservation region. The area is an internationally protected area for wild birds, and is home to considerable wildlife.

We have been in this great apartment 1 week i july 2009, and it was a perfekt place. The apartement was very nice and it was very clean and we nead nothing - it was perfekt.
The place is super near the beach and many shops, bars and the atmosphere in this part of Alcudia is super. We look forward to book this apartement for summer 2010, and we will do it as soon as we know when we can get holiday:-)

This apartment is a real find, it is finished off to the highest standard & is in immaculate condition. It is in a fantastic location, right in the middle of everything, just across the street from the beach and in the middle of all the restaurants, bars etc. Suitable for all ages, we travelled with a baby, a toddler & a granny !! and all loved it. It was a real home from home, everything you could ask for was provided & extras like a cot / steriliser / high chair were sourced by Debra for us to hire & were all in the apartment waiting for us when we arrived, as were basics like milk, bread, cheese etc which were supplied free of charge. I would recommend this apartment to anyone & I'll definitely be returning to it.

An absolute fantastic holiday. Definately return. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and has everything there was not one thing that we needed. Everything also on the doorstep no need for car. Owner very helpful and only on the other end of the phone if we needed anything. Not that we did. Great hol!
