The screened in porch looking out at the ocean is a relaxing place to spend the evening with a cocktail. The sun rises in the east and is a beautiful sight coming up early in the morning with some fresh coffee.
On the island of Daufuskie the most difficult decision is to walk the quiet, clean beach, read a book on the back porch listening to the ocean, touring the island on your golf cart and seeing the many wild animals, the seasonal Sea Turtle eggs or historic relics from the Civil War. Or you could shop at the Silver Dew Pottery or the Gullah and Island Museum or the Community Farm.
