Friendly bar & restaurant meals served day and night overlooking the pool with fantastic sea views, gentle evening entertainment. Reception, shop and maid service. This tasteful villa offers spacious very well equipped accommodation. New fully fitted kitchen. Washing machine, oven, hob, fridge, microwave. Large lounge/dinning room 32'LCD TV, dvd and hi fi leading to large patio with table chairs and sun beds. Fantastic panoramic sea and cliff views. 2 bedrooms one with en-suite bathroom with shower sea and cliff views, main bathroom with bath and shower. Second patio with table and chairs. All bedding & towels provided. The resort is suitable for couples and children. Only a short walk to shops, restaurants and choice of beaches. Airport transfer can be arranged. This is a very friendly complex.

Las Rosas is a small complex of 103 villas maintained to a very high standard with a real holiday atmosphere. Only a short drive to all the major attractions of Tenerife, Mount Teide, Siam water park, water slide park, Local markets, Boat trips, Whale & Dolphin watching, trips to the island of Las Gormera. Las Rosas has its own car park & you can park very close to the front door. Reception with very helpful staff, all types of activities and trips arranged. local tennis, fishing, sailing, swimming, walking, diving,water skiing, mountain biking etc or just sit back and relax on the patio with fantastic views. Fancy a swim? the large pool is heated all year round and has ample sunbeds for all, or relax at the on site bar for drinks & meals day and night

  • Two large bedrooms Bedroom one has a King size double bed. Bedroom two has two single beds. Both have. large wardrobes, drawers, bed side tables and ample space to store your cases. Hair dryers and fans in both rooms. Large opening widows in both rooms with mosquito roller blind nets at both. All bedding and towels are provided including extra towels for the swimming pool, all were replaced in 2008. Fantastic sea view from bedroom one & pleasant inland views from the other. This is a very quiet location with no traffic noise Just the sound of the sea. There are two other folding beds with bedding, suitable for children which can be put in the bedrooms or the living room.Cots available on request.

Notes: This is a good size villa suitable for family holidays as well as couples of all ages. While there are 3 steps into the villa from the car park. with steps to the living room and bedrooms within. This is a favorite with the elderly and infirm. You can park outside and the reception, shop, bar and pool are only a few yards from the Villa with wheelchair access to them all. 32' LCD flatscreen TV. Two outside patios. Front patio with table & chairs ideal for breakfast, getting the morning sun. Large rear patio with table chairs & sunbeds. spectacular views to the sea, cliffs and the town of Los Gigantes, full sun in afternoon & evening. Sun parasols for both patios. New Kitchen 2008 very well equiped for 6 people. Comfy living room with 3 piece suite. Good size dining table to seat 6 with overhead fan. The whole villa is double glazed keeping the heat out! Within walking distance is the town of Los Gigantes, local shops, supermarkets, very good selection of restaurants & 2 beaches.

Relaxing holiday

The Villa was everything we hoped for and more. It was very spacious and clean. But for me the best thing was the view from the rear balcony! I would recommend this Villa and complex to people who want a more relaxed holiday.My wife and i have been coming to this complex for over ten years and now our six year old also enjoys everything Las Rosas has to offer.

Ideal family vacation

This is the 4th time in 3 years that we have stayed here. It is a great resort with friendly and helpful staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The villa owners are also friendly and helpful, keeping in touch throughout the countdown to your holiday. Their description of the villa is spot on. I cannot fault them on anything. Roll on October when we shall be using this villa again!! There are plenty of shops, bars, restaraunts in the area. Los Gigantes is ideal for a restful holiday. The walk down to the harbour or beach from the villa takes only 15 minutes at a stroll.

Fantastic Stay in Las Rosas Apartments

We had a fantastic stay in the apartment here in Las Rosas. The whole booking experience was seamless ,the owners have good knowledge of the area and were very helpful prior to travelling. The accomodation is fantastic and location ideal for restaurants and the local village. The pools were great juat warm enough though not sure they were at the 28 degrees written on the board. The regulars we met were very friendly as were all of the staff and I would thoroughly recommend this accomodation for Families with young children.

On arrival. The property was clean well equipped and maintained. Reception welcoming and very helpful. The owner was extremely good with booking and providing advice and guidance on local arrangements and information. The views from the property are splendid with a clear view of the sea and the cliffs
The property is well equipped comfortably furnished and bedding and towels etc well organised
The rear of the property has a patio overlooking the sea and equipped for relaxing and sunbathing
There is a wide range of restaurants, shops and local points of interest in walking distance to suit all tastes..
A relaxed and pleasant place to spend a stress free break.

As a Dutch family we and our childeren have enjoyed our holiday very much. The house was even more beautifull than that we thought! The Las Rosas Complex is one or perhaps the best complex of Los Gigantes. The people are friendly en helpfull. If we go back to tenerife we will come back to this resort.
