Security: There is a 24 hour security guard on site. The property has a lockable gate to the beach, and electrically operated gates on the road side. The security guards are very helpful, and are responsible for putting out beach chairs and parasols belonging to the apartments

Beach Amenities: Paynes Bay beach is one of the best beaches in Barbados. We have our own private sun beds on the beach, but please note that no beaches in Barbados are private. Paynes Bay is a lively & popular beach with all water sports available to hire. Simply swim out to snorkel with the turtles, or if you prefer, take a very short boat trip

The best beach apartment in Barbados!

We were very impressed with this apartment and it is probably the best 2 bedroom apartment on the beach in Barbados. It is right on a superb beach, with amazing uninterupted ocean views, a private terrace and just steps onto one of the best beaches with great swimming.It is spacious, new, and beutifully furnished. The block Coral Cove is lovely and very convenient with private parking and very helpful 24 hour security. There are private sun chairs and shades put on the beach each morning and it is in a superb location on the West Coast. We looked at seceral units in the block and this is by far the best in terms of layout, furnishing, space, prviacy and convenience. The beach was busy one afternoon, as was most of the island when a cruise ship was in port at Bridgetown, but on most days was wonderful. This is a great beach for walking, swimming, snorkling, turtle watching, and just relaxing. We thoroughly recommend this apartment and having holidayed on the Island more than 20 times, our expectations were exceeded.

Great appartment with modern, "light and bright" feel right on the beach, my young family and I enjoyed staying there immensely. Good sized rooms with very pleasant open-plan layout for kitchen/front room/outside terrace. Staff at the appartment were very friendly and extremely efficient. Favourite activity was definitely swimming out from the beach immediately outside the appartment to see the turtles. Daphne's is a 10 minute walk along the beach and had a reasonable-priced and excellent "recession-buster" menu. I would definitely recomend this place. Only two negatives: the beach can be too popular at certain times with some very noisy boats full of tourists often hanging around nearby. This didnt bother us as we use the beach early and late in the day, but could definitely be an issue if you intend to lie on the beach at midday every day expecting tropical peace and quiet. The second negative is that there is a certain amount of street-noise in the second bedroom as its at the rear of the appartment on the side of the road.

We recently spent a week of absolute bliss at your apartment on the beach at beautiful Paynes Bay on the West coast of Barbados. The location is fabulous and the apartment was wonderful with great space, views and furnishings. Very comfortable indeed. We enjoyed the services of our housekeeper and the flexibility to eat in some evenings but also to enjoy the amazing restaurants.
The beach was busy one day when lots of day trip cruise ship passengers visited but otherwise it was amazing to be able to walk such few steps from the apartment straight out to the beach withe private sun loungers and sun shades. We will definitely be back next year.
