2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6 air conditioned central Santa Eulalia location

Situated in a prime position in the centre of Santa Eulalia and on the sea front, this beautifully decorated and airconditioned apartment has magnificent sea views and a huge balcony for sunbathing and al fresco dining for six people.

The balcony directly overlooks the beach and sea, then runs in a dogleg around the side of the apartment, so both bedrooms also have their own independent access via sliding doors.

The apartment is fully equipped with every convenience including luxury towels and linen.

There is a large LED TV with an upscaling DVD player, allowing you to watch the many available DVDs in HD.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with separate shower. There is an LCD TV and DVD player.

The second bedroom has a double/single bunk bed and a sofa that can convert into a further double bed and use of the second bathroom. It has a TV, video and DVD players and a games console.

If you are interested in a day out at sea, either fishing or just exploring the island, then I can organise this for you. Take a look at the photograph of my friend Susana’s boat below. It will easily accommodate a party of up to six people, and it has economical diesel engines, so the running costs are reasonable

Just to let you know that we are back home now. We left the apartment early this morning, and just caught Maria on our way out and left the keys with her.



The apartment was great - and we had a brilliant time. We worked through many of your DVD's too. It was a great location too so we had a wonderful holiday.



The people before us left a fridge of food - salads, cans of pop and beer etc. We had to throw the perishables out, but drank most of the other stuff - so I've replaced it for the next guests. We also left a few beach things - parasol, beach mats etc...seemed a shame to throw them out.

Just perfect!

We just loved this apartment. It is very spacious and cozy.
The thing we liked most was the balcony with the gorgeous view. We spent many hours there, just watching the boats and fun on the beach. Thank you Nigel for letting us use your apartment. If we ever come back to Ibiza, we won't hesitate to book again.

Lovely Apartment. superb location

The apartment lived up to expectations, it was spacious and well equipped and had a comfortable, homely feel to it. The balcony needs a special mention, it was superb.

The position, front line, across from the beach and with the Marina, Paseo s'Alamera and "Restaurant street" literally a few steps away could not be better.

Santa Eulalia really is a lovely place, it is our second visit and we will be back - hopefully to this apartment.

Brilliant Apartment

We came to Santa Eulalia for our daughter's wedding so wanted to stay in a nice apartment, we weren't disappointed. The apartment was wonderful, spotlessly clean, very well maintained and had everything we wanted (and more). The locations was great right on the beach and you could hear the waves all the time. The balcony was huge and had lovely furniture. We tried the restaurants Nigel recommended and they were very good. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone.

What a fantastic apartment and location with fabulous views of the sea and Formentara in the distance.

The accomodation was spotlessly clean and had everything you need to make life easy.

Santa Eulalia is a great resort with good access to plenty of other places.

It is so close to the beach, which is perfect for the kids so you can go for a short time and go back to the apartment for pit-stops!

The apartment is close to just about everything -taxi rank, bus stop, all the good restaurants, boat stop, beach etc. Plus it is also easy distance to Ibiza Town, Es Canar and some lovely countryside restaurants.

We can see ourselves going back there. I don't think it would be easy to beat it.
