Perfect accomodations

Debbie is great to work with. The condo is an easy walk to the beach. We have 4 and 6 year olds and it was perfect for them. Great pool - lots of kids. The balcony overlooks the pool. The condo itself was very spacious for 4 and would've also been perfect for 5 or 6. Walking distance to Pompano Joes, The Crabtrap, Joey Ds. I would highly recommend the condo and will be visiting again!

Amazing Condo for Perfect Vacation

We loved our vacation to Destin and we loved this beach condo! The condo was beautiful, spacious, and steps away form both the beach and the pool. This condo will be your beach home away from home! The decorations are colorful and tropical! It is a wonderful place that will be comfortable and everyone will enjoy staying there. It was close to great seafood restaurants and the outlet mall. This amazing condo and the convenience it offered made our trip!

This place is WELL worth the money. The place has been tastefully remodeled and looks amazing. It is an easy walk to the most gorgeous beaches you will see in Florida. The area where this building sits is just amazing. For the money, you will not find a nicer place to stay. We are already looking forward to our trip here next year.

So nice and brand new!

This was such a nice condo! You can tell everything has been remodeled from head to toe. New paint, new flooring, new furniture, new flat screen TV: it had it all! The location is perfect too: just steps from the beach with a heated pool in the complex center. Additionally there is tennis courts and sand volleyball (but we spent all our time at the beach!) I'd highly recommend this condo for your stay in Destin. I will certainly be staying here again in the future!!

An absolute jewel of a rental in Destin!

Wow! This place really is incredible. My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this condo over Easter and it was a great rental. We are already looking forward to staying here again! The condo is steps from the beach, the surrounding restaurants are also within walking distance and are very enjoyable! Pompano Joes and Kenny D's are two close restaurants that we enjoyed while staying here. This place is in a really nice area of town as well, which is something we always hope for when staying at a rental property.

Everything in the condo appears to be brand new and the beds are super comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and dishes so that even a longer stay would be easy. We had a great time cooking up some of the fish we caught from the gulf and enjoying it while the sun set through the magnificent floor to ceiling windows.

Overall, this rental was one of the best I have encountered on VRBO. The owner is very amiable and quick to respond to any inquiries we had leading up to and during our stay. Everything inside the condo is new and layout was very well thought out. We would certainly stay here again!
