Neseli Villa is a beautiful privately owned villa with 4 bedrooms, all ensuite, in a quiet location with fabulous mountain views close to Dalyan Town centre which is full of shops, restaurants and bars, perfect for a lively night life. Designed by a British Architect to create a luxurious and comfortable holiday home, the villa has a large private walled garden within which is a 50sq. M swimming pool and a childrens paddling pool, poolside sun terrace and a shower, also a shaded dining area (kirsk) with barbecue and bar, complete with fridge. The villa sleeps up to 10 people, is fully air conditioned and has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and spacious lounge complete with TV, DVD and sound system for home entertainment. There are 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms and each has a terrace. Neseli villa is available for rent all year round.

Dalyan is within a conservation area. The local Itsuzu beach is one of the top 10 in the world and there are many places of interest to visit in the area and loads of activities to suit all ages nearby. Ephasus is an historic day trip, Kuonos, Pamukkale, Saklikent and Tlos all a sightseers dream. There are local markets not only in Dalyan but Ortega, Koycegiz and Fethiye all a short car, boat or bus ride away. Take a relaxing riverboat trip up to the nearby lake or down to the beach. Drive round the mountain and enjoy stunning views to the far end of Itsuzu beach for a family day out, lunch at the beach or the many roadside restaurants. For more action Dalyan offers scuba diving, quad biking, jeep safari trips, horse riding, white water rafting, island hop cruises, Turkish baths and much more. In the town are many restaurants and bars for a lively but safe night life and loads of shops for retail therapy. The local people are fabulous, helpful and friendly its a great place to stay.

  • We can arrange airport transfers at a cost of £25.00GB each way for up to 4 people and £35.00 each way for up to 10 people. You will be met by your driver at the airport exit on arrival and picked up from the villa on your return. The transfer takes only 20 - 25 minutes.

We can only reiterate what has already been said about the standard of the villa and its facilities and fittings. It was so clean when we arrived that everything looked and felt brand new and the 2 small chidren that were with us also had everything that they needed from the pristine travel cot to 2 high chairs. Having walked around the other areas where there were villas we all decided that Neseli was in the best location as it was so near the centre of town and yet was totally quiet and private. The shop on the corner was also a blessing when the milk and bread ran out and when ice creams were called for!
We had booked a car that never turned up and after a day felt that it would have been a waste of time anyway as everything was so close and the boats went to all the best places. A great place for people watching as well, as the tour buses arrived with day trippers (mainly Russian) and we had the benefit of enjoying the town (village really) all the time.
A great holiday venue and congratulations to Chris and Jayne and the management company Orca.
PS The scenery was pretty stunning as well.
Mum & Dad who went from the UK and daughter, son-in-law & 2 children who went from Azerbaijan. Neseli was the ideal meeting place.

We had such a great time in Villa Neseli, where we stayed for one week early June 2009. The villa is so luxurious and beautiful, and extremely well-situated in a quiet area yet only a few minutes' walk from the main street of the charming Dalyan. The views from the villa are amazing too. And the owners went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We traveled with two small children and they purchased a cot and two high chairs for the occassion, as well as arranging for two children's car seats in the transfer-car. The owners obviously love their villa and it is not difficult to see why. We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay!!

Neseli Villa

Neseli is an excellent villa finished to a very high standard and set in lovely gardens with sweet scented flowers, shrubs and pomegranite trees. It is tastefull furnished and contains all the amenities of home.

Mugla, and the surrounding areas, provide a wealth of facilities and activities. A trip on the river in a solar powered boat is particularly memorable - especially when the turtles can be seen swimming about. The markets are exciting and colourful and bartering is expected, Beaches are sandy and very clean.

There are numerous restaurants and bars which stay open until the early hours. A choice of Turkish or English cuisine is offered.

I can't praise this villa and its location enough. I'm returning later in the year (and I hate flying) but such is the attraction of this place, I'm prepared to fly again.

This is the perfect location for a wonderful holiday.

The villa is fab, a home from home. The owners description of how far the town centre is was accurate, its not far away at all. It was a quiet and relaxing location with good views. The facilties were clean and well maintained and we had a cleaner once a week who made some cool origami style things with our towels. The thing that got me about the villa was that there is a lot of light and it has a very spacious feel to it.

It was lush having a pool that was so fresh and cooling in the sun. I loved the boat trips, mud baths and hot springs. There are loads of great bars and restaurants in town, we had an especially lovely night in one called The Four Seasons where the waitors were charming and fun and the food was delish.

I will be going back for sure. Thumbs Up :o)
