Super ski apartment
We loved staying here in January 2010.
The apartment was beautifully furnished, well equiped and warm, with endless hot water.
We hired a car from Geneva, and having the parking space underneath the aprtment meat we could do most of our grocery shopping in Bourg Saint Maurice on the way, saving a small fortune, and then unload the groceries easily.
We all used the free wifi Internet, and then used our laptop to watch dvds in the evening.
What really set this apartment apart from others we have hired before was the pool complex. It was real 5 star luxury to relax in the spa pool and Jacuzzi at the end of the days sking.
We loved lunch in Val claret, and enjoyed the apres ski in Grizzlies.
The skiing in Tignes is awesome, we loved sking in the bowl in between Val D'isere and Tignes. The Gratalu lift was also a favourite.
We hired a ski instuctor and had a day of off-piste sking which as out of this world. The instructor explained that there is a huge amount of off piste in Espace Killy, and was the reason he choose to work in Tignes.
We did manage to ski right to the apartment, by crossing one road, and although we could have used the rope tow lift 200 metres away, we usually caught the free ski bus right outside the aprtment and two stops later we were at the central lift area by the funicular.
The lift system in Tignes is superb, we never had to que, and one of the chairlifts held 8 people!
There were two snowfalls while we were there and took Alastairs advice and skied down to Les Breviers imeadiatly after one of them. The route was tremendous, a very long ski through the trees, and a great lunch in the village at the bottom.
The reception area made us feel as if we were in a hotel, and while there is no bar, there was a very good restaurant immeadiately adjacent to the building.
There was plenty of room for 4 people, although it would be a tight fit with 6 , if 2 used the sofa bed.
I would recomend this apartment to a family of four or two couples, as there are two seperate bedrooms, with no sleeping in a corridor or the lounge.
We had a great time, and saved money compared to renting the same apartment with Pierre et Vacance. We will be back!

Owner's Response: Thanks for that review Ronny.
It is true that you can ski-in to the apartment, however its not for the faint-hearted, as the last section is along a very narrow path.
The nearest lift is the rope tow to the funicular which is 200m from the apartment. Being lazy, I always catch the free bus which stops directly outside the apartment and gets me to the funicular area in two minutes.
I recomend 4 people to stay here in comfort, as stated above, there are towels and linen for 6, but with the sofa bed extended, there isnt much room!
