This is a large three bedroom, two bath condo in a gated ocean front community. A five minute walk within this resort will take you to the beach and all the amenities including pools, golf, tennis, fitness center, and restaurant. The Ocean Village community is open and beautifully landscaped with ample opportunity to walk, bike, or roller blade.
After you park just outside the condo in covered, assigned space you enter a convenient, first floor unit with just a few steps. Inside you will find a completely redecorated modern floor plan, tile through out, with all the comfort and features you will need including 3 flat screen TVs, WiFi, DVD player, CD players, and computer desk with a printer.
The kitchen has granite counters, maple cabinets and stainless appliances. It is separated from the dining area and living room by an open counter. There is also a separate wet bar in the dining area.
The inlaid wood dining table seats 8 people. The lining room has a large entertainment center, couch, love seat, and coffee table. It open out onto a large screened in lanai.
The master bedroom has a walk in closet, king bed, two dressers, and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, dresser, and a flat screen TV. It also opens out to the lanai. The third bedroom has a day bed with a trundle pullout , dresser, closet, and a small TV.
If you choose to leave Ocean Village, South Hutchinson Island has several parks, beaches, restaurants all within 3 miles along palm tree lined roads with bike lanes. Bicycle and kayak rentals are available. Over the bridge and on to the mainland you will be in historic Ft Pierce with lovely waterfront park with docks, a public library, and many dining choices. Downtown Ft Pierce has small shops, spas, and the Sunrise Theatre, the best entertainment venue north of Palm Beach. Within a 2 hour drive are Miami, Palm Beach, Orlando, and the Kennedy Space Center.

My family has had a connection with Ocean Village since its inception. I have owned six different condos here and obviously believe that the life style is unique and hard to duplicate.
Our condo was chosen for its convenience. It is just a few steps from the assigned covered parking space with no steps or elevators to negotiate. You can walk out the back and tee it up on the 7th hole (off season, you need to start at the first hole in season). You have a barbecue grill on the side on the condo. And a two minute walk will place you in a large heated swimming pool.
My family (including 4 teenagers) enjoyed a wonderful month in this beautiful condo on our vacation from the UK. When we arrived we were met by the owner,Paul, and he showed us around the condo and explained all about the Resort. The condo was just as shown in the photos. It was very clean and in perfect decorative order. Paul was extremely helpful and very prompt in response to any queries. The air-con broke but Paul had the entire system replaced the next day.
We spent lazy days by the many quiet pools and on the empty beach (both only a few minutes walk). The entire resort is very well managed.
Hutchinson Island is well served by restaurants and supermarkets but retains the old charm of relaxed Florida, a paradise to unwind.
During our stay we attending a turtle hatchling release in Boca and spent an exciting day at Rapids water park in Palm Beach.

We were so impressed with the condo that we decided to stay longer than we had originally planned. The place is spacious,and perfect for a family. Although, it was just the two of us, we had room for out of State family members and close friends that decided to visit. The owner is a terrfic person who lives onsite and very helpful with anything that you may need. We are looking forward to staying here again.
We love the pools and Tiki Bar. The tennis courts are well kept and a nice nine hole golf course. Great places to eat close by and of course, the best is that you are right next to the ocean with a gorgeous beach. As another guest said, the pictures don't do the condo justice. We have nothing but wonderful comments about the place and the owner.
We loved the condo, the community, and the area. The unit was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well maintained--better than the photos. We biked, fished, swam (multiple pools and ocean), played tennis, worked out, and much more without leaving Ocean Village. There is much to explore in the vicinity. A1A is the Blue Ridge Parkway of Florida and is right outside the gated entrance. We stayed a month and felt like we only scratched the surface on things to see and do. The owners were a pleasure to work with. We definitely recommend this condo and hope to return in the future!
You could spend your whole stay within Ocean Village with all it has to offer. But if you venture out you will find that the central location between Vero and Stuart provides many fine restaurants, live theatre, water sports, and shopping (from outlet to hi end stores) within a 30 minute drive. About 2 hours away you have all the big city attractions of Miami and Orlando.

For every rental there is one time departure cleaning fee of $120.00.
In addition state and local taxes totaling 11.5% will be charged fo any rental less than 6 months.
A reservation deposit is required in advance and the balance of the rental amount due on arrival.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
