4 BR / 3 1/2 BATH - SLEEPS 10 - EAST OF ROUTE 1 - CONVENIENT

Six of us just finished our stay at this lovely townhome. As previous reviewers have said, it was extremely clean, bright, and well-furnished (the kitchen even has a margaritaville!). The location is actually fantastic. By car it was 3-4 minutes to the north end of dewey beach where every day we were able to park within one block (which was busy, but not overcrowded by any means). Similarly, it's only 4 minutes or so to rehoboth ave, which is also easily accessible by bike.
The pool was a definite plus too. It was very clean, and since most of the units are owner-occupied, they kept it nice and clean; they also all seemed very nice and welcoming.
Overall, a great place to stay and would highly recommend.

Unless your house is on the boardwalk, its so much easier to get to the beach by car. This community is easily inside of 5 minutes to the beach from starting the car to being on the sand. Conveniently located on Route 1 means that getting anywhere in Rehoboth (or Dewey) is quick and direct. However, as with most homes not converging on Rehoboth Ave, a car is absolutely necessary unless everyone has a bike (bike lanes are fantastic!). Route 1 can be a bit noisy during the day, but, quiets down at night. This is the tradeoff to being so well located and is not at all something that I feel detracts from the experience. The home itself is young, well furnished, CLEAN, and extremely comfortable. The photos, while nice, aren't as bright and inviting as the home presents itself. Same for the community. Very clean and well manicured grounds. The pool is regularly tended to and is VERY clean; so nice to have right at your doorstep after coming back from a hot day at the beach. There are 8 townhomes and most are owner only so there is a sense of pride and concern in keeping things as they should be. In making arrangements with the owners, it was very easy. Quick replies and fully attentive to questions or concerns. They accept Paypal, which is a very convenient way of minimizing risk and crates a trail for your payments. I can safely say that the owners are much easier to deal with than a Realtor and 100% recommend the property, community, location, and owners for your hard earned vacation! Price trumps everything....including quality and value at times....but this is easily one of the best values in Rehoboth. Smaller rental houses on the same street start at 50% more. Hope this helps.

Thanks to the owners we had a wonderful weekend at this well decorated and appointed beach house. Contemporary open design and decor, with oversized rooms let's you stretch out and relax. This house sits right next to a beautiful pool with gorgeous landscaping. The owners have thought of virtually every need in this ultra clean house; flatscreen in every room, ceiling fans, iphone chargers, comfortable beds. Lots of parking and convenient to outlets and restaurants in Dewey and Rehoboth.
