Not disappointed
I was kind of skeptical on renting anything offline with out me actually seeing it first, but I must admit, If I could do it all overt again, I wouldn't change my decision. The location was perfect. It was within walking distance of everything you wanted to get to. There are places actually on Burbon St but after going, Burbon was way too crowded and loud. This location is only a few blocks away so we could get to Burbon relatively easy and walk back knowing we would have some quite. The pictures are exactly how it looks. Everything is super clean and we got way more than we expected. I would recommend this property to anyone. The only downside is there isn't any free parking but there are parking lots close by. However, if you go there when they have events, expect to pay $40/day for parking which would normally cost you $15 according to the residents who live there, or you can feed the meter which would come out to $15/day. Let me caution you though the police do check regularily, even on the weekends! The place has a blacony which was real nice to just be able to go out and see what's going on. The owners are super nice and are helpful at all times. I don't have any regrets renting this property and I would definitly rent this one again if I go back to New Orleans. Oh, one more thing, I would not recomment this property for those who are not able to walk up stairs. This property is on the 3rd floor with out there being any elevators.
