Live on the Beach in this fully furnished Malibu Home. Large Master Suite (King bed) with whirlpool tub, dry sauna, granite counters, dual sinks and a sun deck with ocean and city light views. Truly Amazing.

The second suite (Queen bed) includes a loft plus a full bath with whirlpool tub and private deck.

The office is cozy and features a courtyard view with French doors.

The kitchen has it all: Sub Zero, dual ovens, granite tops, trash compactor, half moon eating bar with chairs, with ocean and courtyard view.

The family room has a full wet bar with separate refrigerator, fire place, and french doors that open to beautiful sun deck on the beach (third bed is a pull-out couch that sleeps 2).

This Malibu Beach Home is 'close-in' to the city and is ideal for those who need to reach Santa Monica or the 10 Freeway in a timely way.

Great Malibu Beach House!!!

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was great experience. The house was clean and comfortable. The house was well supplied from linens to kitchen utensils. We had a fun time barbequing and enjoying the view of the beach and ocean. The house location was awesome on PCH and near some restaurants and shops. I look forward to spending another summer weekend there.

My family and I really enjoyed this Malibu home right on the beach with dramatic ocean views from every floor! You can BBQ in the courtyard and take a kayak right out into the pacific ocean! The dolphins swim by at sunset for an unforgettable experience. My wife and I really enjoyed the spacious master suite with a second bedroom for children on the same level.The family room is perfect for entertaining with a large kitchen bar and family room. .

The Ocean Is Your Backyard

This beautiful two story home built on risers on the beach in Malibu is the closest thing on land to living on a luxury yacht. The view from the two terraces (and the roof) offers gorgeous sunsets every evening and playful dolphins most mornings. The master bedroom/bathroom suite also looks out on the blue Pacific waves. The spacious modern kitchen is a chef's delight and the bathrooms are large and well appointed. The dining room/living room has a fireplace and a huge flat screen TV. Located on the PCH, it's a quick trip to the shopping/entertainment areas of both Malibu and Santa Monica. We loved our two month stay here and would definitely return.
