The striking sea views immediately steal the show at the gorgeous luxury villa Orchis where you will feel constantly drawn to the spacious sun terrace that surrounds the large private pool & gardens. However the beautiful modern furnishings & facilities inside create an ideal living space in which to relax & unwind on your holiday & ensure that you have a wonderful & comfortable stay. Our gorgeous villa is fully air-conditioned throughout. The kitchen is modern with all the essential facilities & includes a microwave & dishwasher too. The large lounge/ dinning area has 2 patio doors which lead onto the large terrace. It has comfortable sofas, table & chairs for 8 and the addition of a CD & DVD player & Satellite TV. The villa sleeps 8 people in its spacious bedrooms. Our master bedroom is ensuite with the 3 remaining bedrooms sharing 2 other bathrooms. Come & experience the perfect holiday at our gorgeous Turkish villa where you can relax & enjoy the breathtaking scenery & sunset

Villa Orchis is in a prime location situated on a hillside in the beautiful Bodrum peninsula in the pretty seaside village of Gumusluk - a real gem, the prettiest and most unspoilt village on the Bodrum Peninsula.. Steeped in history, the ancient site of Myndos has made the village a conservation area . The pretty seafront has various shops and restaurants which are a favourite amongst locals for their fantastic Sunday fish lunch. There are two pretty blue flag beaches separated by Rabbit Island which can be reached on foot via a semi sunken causeway and is a great place to enjoy the stunning sunsets and the village has a beach with stunning views. The beaches are uncrowded with beautiful safe clear water and they are numerous on the peninsula. About a 10 minute drive away you will come to the up and coming harbour town of Yalikavek offering a more lively atmosphere for when and if you want it. Gumusluk on Turkeys beautiful peninsula is the ideal villa holiday destination.

  • Changeover day is normally Monday - there is some flexibility on this outside of the main season.
    The villa is available from 16.00 on the day of arrival. The usual departure time is 10.00am although we aim to be flexible wherever possible.

Notes: The villa is built to a high standard and with all modern comforts. The garden area has sunbeds and patio furniture. The large swimming pool is approximately 7m by 4.5m with roman steps at one end. The pool depth ranges from 0.87m to 1.55m. The accommodation is ideal for families, couples and groups alike. Linen and towels are changed once a week and the villa and pool are cleaned weekly also, all of which is included in the price.

Travel: The villa is located about 55kilometres from Bodrum Airport. The drive takes about 50 minutes or so and is very scenic and a wonderful introduction to Turkey. The local regular bus service (Dolmus) gives easy access to Bodrum and the rest of the peninsula. The villa has a private car parking space and we would recommend that you hire a car in order to experience all that the area has to offer.

Excellent Villa with amazing sea view!!!

We had a superb holiday at this villa Orchis. Its set between two villages (Yalikavak and Gumusluk) and its very close to Bodrum (around 15-20 minutes drive). Everything about this villa was superb, the location, view and the Villa itself. If you want a perfect family holiday, then this is the Villa to go for. I would definitely recommend this place rather than touristy Altinkum. Seafood restaurants at Gumusluk’s are walk able and just amazing food!!!. Small beach is very close by and my kids loved it.
Loes, who looks after the villa was extremely helpful and was always available on the phone if we had any questions. She has very good knowledge about Turkey and recommended some interesting places to visit. We would definitely go back to this Villa if we get another chance to visit Turkey.
