Situated on the edge of the Les Fonts urbanization, this pretty villa has commanding views from the semi-circular veranda over the vineyards to the golf course and the village of Benitachell with a mountain backdrop. This self catering villa has a large lawned garden with a 2m high conifer hedge around to ensure your privacy from adjoining properties. The south facing sun terrace with kidney shaped pool has sun loungers and a barbecue for your perfect holiday in the Spanish sunshine. The resorts of Javea and Moraira are a 10 minute drive from the villa both boasting superb sandy beaches, restaurants of all nationalities, shops, bars and supermarkets. We own and run our restaurant bar 10 minutes walk from Casa Samanta, so we are always on hand should you need any help during your stay.

Benitachell is situated mid-way between the resorts of Javea and Moraira which have wonderfull beaches and coves ideal for all water sports. Shops and restaurants of all nationalities, bars and discos are all a 10 minute drive from the villa. Good golf courses, tennis courts and bowling greens are all close by. A half hour drive inland takes you to breathtaking mountain scenery, waterfalls and quaint Spanish villages. Terra Mitica theme park, safari park and water park are also just half an hour away.
