Welcome to the beautiful North Georgia Mountains for the Fall.

Relax in your private hot tub under the stars. Plenty of room in this home with 2 great rooms-one for the adults and one for the kids! Plus, 5 bedrooms.

On the main floor: Master with king bed and private bath and tv. 2 additional bedrooms on main floor, split from master, each with Queen bed, tv and shared bath. On the terrace level, there is a large bedroom with single convertible bed and the fifth bedroom has a queen sized bed and bath.

My husband and I love Lake Lanier and would love to share our lake home with responsible families who would like to enjoy a special vacation at Lake Lanier in the beautiful North Georgia mountains.

To enjoy the lake and decorate the home in the most creative way. Dawsonville is so convenient to Atlanta and to the great shopping at the Georgia Premium Outlet Mall.

What makes this house unique

Privacy, lots of entertaining space for adults and children, the ease of walking in the backyard to get to the boatdock. The relaxation of the hot tub outside the terrace doors. Fun on the party deck on top of the dock.

Fall is a perfect time to visit the North Georgia Mountains. We have historic Dalonaga, wineries, excellent restaurants, and shopping at the Premium Outlet Mall.

Our home has a well maintained hot tub and two family rooms. We can seat 8 + 4 for Thanksgiving dinner!

Wonderful home!!

We were here over Thanksgiving with our 4 children. Home is wonderful. It was clean, and inviting and very charmingly decorated. Kitchen has everything. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed. Grocery store, Wal-mart, restaurants are all very close to the home. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings. The kids loved playing down by the lake. Even though it was low this time of year there was a little creek running by the dock that the kids played in. They even caught little fish!

Karen (owner)- Thank you so much for an absolutely wonderful Thanksgiving! You truly make southern hospitality come to life! I look forward to my family staying here again next time we're in Northern GA.

The home is so charming and we all thoroughly enjoyed our family reunion there. There is so much to do in Dawsonville-we had no idea about the Kangaroo Conservation Center. Of course, we did some serious shopping at the Outlet Mall while the kids enjoyed fishing right from the dock. And, the Blue Bicycle restaurant is a real treat. We will definitely come again.
