  • Weekend rates may be available subject to availability.
    Changeover day - Saturday - can be flexible.
    Access to apartment from 3 pm (local time) on day of arrival.
    Apartment to be vacated by 10 am (local time) on morning of departure.
    Refunds can not be accommodated after the balance has been paid unless the apartment can be re-let for the same period. Therefore please ensure travel insurance is in place.

    Flexible booking is generally only available in low and medium seasons. However, if your booking is a late booking for high or peak seasons please ask
  • Final cleaning, water, heating (Oct to March), electricity, bed linen and towels are all included in the rental charge.
    The above prices are for 2 people. A further charge of £25 per additional guest (max 2) to cover extra laundry costs.
    Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
  • A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance being due 8 weeks prior to departure date.
    A £100 security deposit is required at time of paying final balance and will be returned a maximum of three weeks after departure subject to any damage or loss.

Notes: The lounge houses a wonderful open fireplace. The apartment is very light and airy and is fully air conditioned throughout. The apartment is located on the second floor, easily reached by two flights of stairs. However, this may make it unsuitable for the elderly or infirm or for pushchairs. The swimming pool is open from May until end September.

This ideal apartment for 2 which is bigger than it looks in the pictures is comfortable clean and has everything you need for your stay.We had a great time seeing this beautiful part of Italy.This apartment is in a great location not to far from the airport but still in the heart of the Tuscan countryside.The lovely garden has a good sized swimming pool and wonderful views across the valley.There is also a good pizzeria only 2 mins walk away which we felt was one of the best around

Village on a Hill

I rarely find that a property exceeds expectations but this one certainly did! The apartment was large and spacious with everything you could want at your fingertips. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Comfy sofas in the lounge helped with the homely feel. The village was lovely although we saw little of the locals as we went out everyday. There is plenty to see around this area with lots of restaurants within 10 -15mins drive and a pizza place 2 mins walk down the road. Of course being in Tuscany, there is a castle to visit on every other hill!
Lisa went out of her way to help make my husbands birthday very special. She organised a bottle of champagne (complimentary) and a cake as well!! Coming from Australia we were unsure of how to organise everything but Lisa was wonderful in helping us.
Norbett met us at the property and was extremely helpful as well.
Negative things were I hated that second set of stairs....Difficult to say anything bad about this place...

Beautiful apartment in the Pisan hills of Tuscany

This beautiful apartment is everything it is described as and more. On the top floor of an elegant Palazzo it is very Italian, traditional, but swish.
With wonderful remote controlled VELUX windows in every room it is very light and airy. The VELUX windows even close automatically when it rains.
All the esssentials are in place, and of good quality, but also the little extra touches are there including pictures and posters, decorative perfume bottles in the armoire, and even a bowl of pot pourri.
We stayed a fortnight (would have liked to have stayed longer), and as we love cooking and ate in the apartment most days and found all the pans and utensils that we needed.
Lovely furniture and furnishings throughout, a really top quality apartment.
Casciana Terme was wonderful for coffeee, ice cream and people watching, and Lari with it's castle and pasta factory are both just on the doorstep, with most other Tuscan major towns, cities and villages within maximun of an hours drive.
Thouroughly recommended.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Romantic Getaway

Excellent Holiday-Thanks Lisa

We had a wonderful 2 weeks here. The apartment was well equipped and clean. Despite it being the height of the summer we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The village is very rural and the locals all very friendly. The location is excellent and we got to most of the places Lisa had thoughtfully recommended. Particularly when you compare this with other properties in the area this is excellent value and we would recommend without hesitation.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Perfect place to stay in Tuscany

We stayed in the apartment for a week in July for my partners 40th birthday. It is the perfect location to explore so much of Tuscany from. Even though we were only there for 1 week we still managed to get to Siena, Lucca, Volterra and San Gimignano because the apartment is so ideally located.
And after a long hard day on your feet (in the 40 degree heat!), the apartment provides a great place to relax. We fully utilised the kitchen, the garden and DVD library in the evenings.
We even crammed a day by the pool in, which proved to be peaceful and relaxing - we tried to read books but couldn't take our eyes off the surrounding scenery!
The local village made you feel like you were really on holiday - so much more so than a more impersonal commercialised hotel complex or area. The pizza restaurant did great food at brilliant prices and the bread and sausages purchased from the villages stores were excellent - so fresh!
The communication and info from Lisa before arrival was second to none, which added to the amazing holiday we had in Tuscany.
Perfect holiday - we'll be back!!
