This charming beach cottage with three bedrooms, one full bath and one 3/4 bath, is located just one block from the Pacific Ocean and within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Carlsbad Village!

When you've had your fill of sun and sand, the delightful backyard offers an oasis with a brick patio and paths among the flowering trees and plants, an outdoor dining set and market umbrellas for dining alfresco, a gas BBQ and gas firepit, and a hammock strung between the large shady trees. There's even an outdoor shower with hot and cold water for rinsing off the salt and sand.
