Rental Rates for this vacation farmhouse rental in Camaiore, Italy

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

• Prices include: bed linen, towels, final cleaning, electricity, gas, water.
  Maid service available upon request in the afternoons (10 euros/hour) but not included in prices shown.
  Payments:
  30% at booking - Balance 30 days before arrival.
  All Payments to be done by bank transfer 'in full'. No bank charges to our side.
  Cheques are not accepted.
  A security deposit of 250 euros is requested and has to be deposited cash upon arrival. It will be returned on day of departure after satisfactory inspection of the property.
  For longer periods please contact the property.
• CANCELLATION POLICY:
  1) all eventual money returns are intended excluding bank fees.
  2) in case of cancellation booking advance payment (30%) is returned only within 8 days from booking confirm. Except for case specified in point 3).
  3) In case of cancellation balance of fee (70%) and booking advance payment (30%) will be returned ONLY if we manage to get another confirmed booking for the same period you originally booked in for.
  In other cases:
  4) if booking is cancelled from within 20 days of your scheduled arrival: 40% of balance will be refunded, keeping for good what specified in points 1) and 3).
  5) if booking is cancelled after the term of days specified in point 4) or in case of NO SHOW
  balance and booking advance payment will not be refunded.
• Change-over day is Saturday.
  Customers having a different Arrival and/or Departure day other than Saturdays will have to consider an extra charge of ONE NIGHTon the normal weekly fee.
