Tastefully refurbished, Penthouse studio suite in a Historic Deco building in South Beach, Accommodation provides a small well equipped kitchen/dining area. The suite benefits from a queen size bed colour television, DVD player and air conditioning.

The unit, is ideal for both long and short stays, on site amenities include newly refurbished gymnasium, fully equipped laundry room and an expansive garden with lush tropical foliage and a private pool.

The beach can be accessed via a small pedestrian footbridge just outside the building with just a 5 minute walk.

The New Ganservort, W Resort, and The Setai are all within a 250 metre radius. Ocean Drive is just a 20 minute walk and the numerous restaurants of Lincoln Road can be reached within 15 minutes on foot.

In short this accommodation offers a cost effective yet luxurious option for anyone wishing to explore Miami and The Beaches

This large one bedroom newly constructed apartment offers luxurious tastefully furnished accommodation for up to four guests...The large open plan kitchen is fully equipped for both long and short stays, with a convenient dining area. The main living area features two couches one of which is a king size sofa bed with a German mechanism offering exceptional comfort, 32inch lcd television with dvd and cd player. The bedroom has a queen size bed with an additonal day bed/sofa. The main bathroom is accessed via the bedroom while there is also a wc off the main living area making for privacy and convenience. This apartment also benefits from a spacious balcony with un-obstructed views!

The owner provided excellent customer service by promptly replying to all my enquiries, in a friendly and polite manner. His contact in Miami, was also helpful and polite but we literally just got given the keys, a quick overview of the rental and agreed a time to meet up to return the keys and check the apartment was still ship shape! What more do can you ask for?!

The apartment we stayed in was 547 and it was perfect for 2. We wanted to prepare salads and cook some home made meals as well as eat out and there was just enough utensils provided to do that.

The apartment itself is identical to the photos and is clean and really smart. Towels were provided and were lush, cutlery was all clean - there is not a wrong thing about this rental. LOVED IT!

The beach is literally 5mins walk away and the main shopping/restaurant area is a 15min walk away. I loved the location as we were on the edge of the busy quarter, rather than in the thick of the noise and hullabaloo.

Thank you Simon. We'll be back for sure and recommend you to our family and friends.

Well located - easy walk to the beach, locals shops good and close to restaurants. Good sized apartment - generous for 2 people. Well equipped. Quiet pool - sunny all morning. Both UK and Miami people good to deal with. Smooth handover process. Can't fault it - booked it again for 2013.

Miami Music Week 2011 - perfect apartment

4 of us stayed at these apartments from 18-29 March 2011 for the Miami Music Week and for Ultra Festival.

Miami is amazing - the apartment is situated right next to the conference center with easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants.

The apartment itself is perfect for 4 people to stay comfortably. There is a huge fridge, massive oven, large microwave and comes with all the kitchen accessories you would need to cook every single night!

Many thanks for Simon (the owner) for letting us stay in his fantastic apartment! We will be returning in 2012!!
