House, 7 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 4.5 Baths, (Sleeps 20-24)

The Destination is a 3535 sq. ft. two story luxury vacation home with three levels. It is located at 207 Snow Meadows Circle, Garden City, UT 84028, about a block from the main highway. The road and driveway are kept open year-round for the convenience of our guests.

The house stands on a quarter acre lot allowing for lots of space for games and such in the backyard. The open fields behind the house have cows and horses grazing in them and are often visited by deer coming down form the local hills. The view of the lake is beautiful with the sun reflecting off its surface.

The Destination is licensed to sleep 21 people with children under 3 not included in that count. This does NOT mean that our guests cannot invite more people over during the day to enjoy the amenities at The Destination House.

All four upstairs bedrooms include a wall-mounted flat screen TV with DirecTV. In addition two more TV's are in common areas of the house for all to enjoy. A Blu-Ray player and an assortment of movies are provided for all age entertainment.

Great Winter Retreat!

We had a wonderful time on our stay at this lovely home. Our guys loved the hot tub and relaxing there while watching college football. It was close to Beaver Mountain so we could ski for a day. The king-size beds were especially comfortable. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. We'd love to go again! Thanks for everything!

The house was great!

Our family had a great time at this house. It was big enough for all the family (8 adults & 7 kids). The house was exactly as it appeared in the listing and it was very clean. I would definitely rent this house again. We loved the North Beach beach! The water was warm and very shallow. We are definitely making a stay at Bear Lake a family tradition.

The property was in great condition. It worked really well for our entire family, children and grandchildren. There was enough space to get the younger kids down for the night and not be worried about waking them up. It wasn't on the beach but it was close to wherever we needed to go. Very pleased with everything. The hot tub was a big hit with kids and adults.

Absolutely the best place to stay in bear lake.

We had a big family that came from all over the states. The house had a great layout and a lot of space. Every bed was extremely comfortable and all around awesome. Everyone was able to get their own part of the house, but at the same time every one interacted together. Great location and I really can't describe How great of a stay it was. The jacuzzi was a lot of fun and very relaxing. Great thing about it is we could use the jacuzzi and the downstairs or upstair rooms were not bothered by it.
Great selection on the Tv's for movies channels and everything in between. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a home to stay in bear lake.

My private hotel, loved this house!

We had a great weekend at this house, this is my kind of vacation, my own private hotel! Everything we needed was there, all we had to bring was the food. The house and bedding was VERY clean, there was a TV with cable in every room, the indoor hot tub was perfect when it got chilly at night and the kitchen area was open and great to hang out in and to play games in! We loved it and will be back for sure!
