Our beautiful Cordova Bay home near Victoria BC is situated amongst mature fir and cedar trees in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of ocean and lake beaches, golf, and boutique shopping at Matticks Farm. Situated within 10 minutes of Victoria and Sidney there is easy access to world class tourist attractions such as Butchart Gardens, Royal BC Museum and whale watching. However we also recommend exploring the gulf islands and points north on Vancouver Island including the numerous pristine parks, camp grounds, mountains and lakes. Vancouver Island has a rich history including prospecting, trading, mining and forestry. There are many ways to experience our history by visiting old town sites and famous gold bearing rivers. There is a lot to see and explore here.

5 Bedroom, 5 Bathroom (1 ensuite), 1 King, 3 Queen, Bunkbed (2 Singles), Sleeps 10 comfortably.

Ours is a large home that is family friendly with all the modern conveniences. Our family room has a good entertainment center with Wii, surround sound, and electric fireplace. Since our child is 7yrs old we have the requisite toys. Our property is also endowed with a 750sqft detached wood working shop and anyone with the skills to use it is welcome to do so.

About Kerry Broome

We are a family of three, living in Victoria, Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Kerry has lived in Victoria for most of his life and has made a career in municipal recreation. His interests include woodworking and photography. Erin moved to Victoria in high school after growing up in Saskatchewan and has also made a career in recreation. She enjoys gardening and jogging. Tobin is the only family member born and bred in Victoria. He spends hours in the yard playing soccer and bouncing on the trampoline.

Why Kerry Broome chose Saanich

Piedmont Drive is a very short drive south to `Victoria, City of Gardens' and north to `Sidney by the Sea'. The property is perfectly situated in a quiet part of town that is within walking distance of ocean,lake, golf, park land and boutique shopping.

What makes this house unique

We wanted this home and property as soon as we viewed it. Cordova Bay is a beautiful, safe, community-oriented neighborhood with lots of families. The house is beyond what we imaged we would live in at this point in our lives and the yard is a large, beautiful space for our son and his friends to play in.

Beautiful yard, gorgeous updated house, comfortable beds, loved the heated floor in the master bathroom and the jetted tub for the kids, every bedroom was assigned it's own bathroom. The kids had a BLAST with the toys and in the yard. Perfectly located between Victoria and the Gardens. We had a family of 10 from 72 down to 6, and everyone had an incredible time. The owners were very gracious. Thanks for a wonderful stay at your home!

Great yard, lots of bathrooms and perfect for what we wanted. The owners were great and offered lots of advice about the area.
