This large, modern and immaculate studio is in the heart of great shopping, fantastic restaurants and just steps to the train & bus stations and beach (2 beaches within walking distance!). Included in your price is a menu dinner for two at our restaurant Les Agaves (contact us for the website). This unit boasts a large beautiful living/bedroom and a modern bathroom. The large floor plan of this studio has a full separate kitchen. This unit has a large double balcony off the kitchen and main living area. The studio is on the 3rd floor of a secure building. The building does have an elevator. Choosing this location is perfect for travelers who want complete access to all that Beaulieu has to offer. Ideally located in the heart of Beaulieu sur Mer which is adjacent to Cap Ferrat, Villefranche, etc. A charming town directly in between Nice and Monaco (Monte Carlo). Included is a free menu dinner for two (excluding alcohol) at our restaurant Les Agaves.

Situated between Nice and Monaco (Monte Carlo), Beaulieu sur Mer is an exceptional place where the sea meets the mountains. Beaulieu is a vibrant town full of pretty streets, wonderful Belle Epoque buildings, cafes, exclusive boutiques, a daily market, two harbours and a casino. A true holiday destination, Beaulieu has two beaches. Beaulieu is vibrant year round, making it a great place to visit at any time of the year and is ideally situated to explore the region, either by car, train, or bus. To the west are Nice, Cannes, St. Tropez, Provence and the mountain resorts of the lower Alps. To the east is Monaco (Monte Carlo) with its glamorous casinos, luxury hotels and gourmet restaurants. Italy is only a short train ride or car drive away with its colourful markets and delicious food. Beaulieu is also the site of Grecian Villa Kerylos built 1902 which is now a gorgeous museum open to the public.

  • Rental rates subject to change without notice. A surcharge may apply for the following periods: Christmas, Easter and the Monaco Grand Prix.
    A 25 % deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The full amount is due 60 days before arrival as well as a security deposit of 200 Euros which will be reimbursed quickly at the end of the stay. All amounts will be refunded if reservation is canceled and the property can be let again for the same period. We accept PayPal credit card payment but additional fees apply for this service.
    Any breakages/damages will be deducted from the security deposit. Arrival is after 4pm and departure is before 10 am on change-over day.

Transportation: This unit in the heart of Beaulieu sur mer is ideally situated directly in between Nice and Monaco. The unit is walking distance to restaurants, shops and beaches. Train and bus stops are literally just steps from the entrance of the property. Garage arrangements can be made.

Museums: There are two local museums (Villa Ephrussi Rothschild and Vila Kerylos) and the area offers a large amount and variety of other cultural institutions, based on the rich cultural heritage of the area (Nice: Museum of Modern Art, Matisse Museum, Chagall Museum; St. Paul de Vence: Fondation Maeght; Antibes: Picasso Museum; various Chapels with murals from Cocteau; many seasonal art exhibitions and festivals. etc etc.

Walking & Hiking: There are many trails in and around Beaulieu. The area around Beaulieu is immediately quite mountainous and there are many trails which can be explored or hikes to be done with guides, both in summer and winter season.

Ski: There are a number of good ski resorts located close enough for a day trip. For example Isola 2000 and Auron in France or Limone in Italy. All can be reached by car - approx 1 1/2 hours drive or by public transport. There is also a large variety of accommodation in these resorts and it can be booked over the internet.

Golf: The golf clubs of Monaco, Opio, Mougins and Cannes all welcome visitors and are only a short drive away.

What a spectacular unit! We had plenty of space with the most charming decor we've ever seen! Attention to detail is the norm here. The location was perfect because it is situated in the heart of Beaulieu & within walking distance to wonderful restaurants & shops. We truly enjoyed our complimentary dinner at Les Agaves. What a tremendous perk that was! Thank you, thank you!

Cozy place for wonderful vacations

It was really one of my best vacations. The apartment is a cozy place for two situated in the heart of Beaulieu where everything you need is just around the corner: colorful open market, shopping area, cafes, restaurants and beach. The apartment is well equipped, clean and safe, furnished with care. Accompanying dinners at the restaurant “Les Agaves” is wonderful mixture of exquisite French cuisine and friendly atmosphere created by Danka and Jacky. This is definitely the place you want to visit and to come back again.

What a wonderful place for vacation! I really enjoyed my stay in this beautiful, nicely furnished and cosy apartment. It is situated in the heart of Beaulieu, which is one of the most beautiful places at the Cote d'Azur. The beach is so near - 5 minutes on foot, while other beaches of St Jean Cap Ferrat are also reachable on foot. Shopping area with an open market with fresh vegetables and fruits is very close. There are restaurants and cafes in the same street and in walking distance. The flat is extremely comfortable, equiped with all necessary equipment, well maintained, clean and safe. Particular advantage are two balconies. Accompanying dinners in restaurant "Les Agaves" were real pleasure and opportunity to taste real French cuisine, thanks to Danka and Jacky, who are both so friendly and kind. I was here last year for the first time and plan to come back next year!

Great Value...Great Studio

Perfect location in the heart of charming Beaulieu. First time renters and couldn't be more thrilled with this apartment. It was very spacious and comfortable. Dinner at Les Agaves was an unexpected pleasure. Danka and Jacky are so charming, they make you feel like family. Can't wait to return to this super studio! Thank you also to Natalia (Danka's daugher in the USA) who coordiated the booking and helped answer all our questions. Cheers!
