About The Owner

My wife & I grew up going to Wildwood and when we had the opportunity to buy a condo in Wildwood, we jumped at the chance. We live in central NJ and use the condo just as much as our renters do so we keep it in the best condition at all times so it feels like home.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2009
Why The Owner chose Wildwood

Our condo is only rented to families, and we only rent 7 weeks out of the year so it remains in pristine condition at all times. Our condo association never allows groups of high school or college students to rent in order keep the atmosphere and the property in good order.

What makes this condo unique

You will be able to just park your car and walk to the boardwalk & beach as well as the great restaurants on Pacific Ave. Wildwood is located just 15 minutes from beautiful Cape May where you can shop for antiques, enjoy the great old mansions, or eat at the great restaurants.
