Sunset villa is one of 4 luxury holiday rental villas set in the hills behind Kata bay, about 3min drive to the beach. It is in a secluded position surrounded by mature shrubs and trees and the swimming pool is entirely private. Facing West it has good views out over the Andaman Sea. The accommodation comprises 2 large master bedrooms overlooking the pool, each with a double bed; 1 medium sized double bedroom; and 1 smaller bedroom with 2 single beds which can be put together to make a double. All have air con and are en-suite with the 2 large rooms having a bath. All bedrooms have flat screen TV’s + free WiFi. Upstairs there is an impressive large open plan living area with vaulted ceiling and, facing the ocean, a large 40 m2 covered veranda. There are 3 sitting areas, 2 dining areas, and a large fully equipped kitchen with large breakfast table. Outside is a garden with many mature trees where one can sit in the shade, and a large terrace where children can play safely.
