Spend time this summer on the water in this brand new 2,300 square foot ultra contemporary two-story home located on the bay shores of beautiful Sodus Point. Walls of windows and sliding glass doors offer panoramic views of the lake and magnificent sunsets.

Relax in style surrounded by modern architecture in an open and comfortable floor plan with ceramic tile and wood floors throughout the home. Spacious and pristine living, dining and kitchen areas comprise the main level. The stainless steel stairwell leads to ample sleeping room including 3 bedrooms accommodating 2 people each, plus a 1,000 square foot loft, which can easily sleep an additional 4-6. The master bathroom features a Jacuzzi tub accented by glass block walls.

The back deck and upstairs balcony offer breathtaking views of Sodus Bay and Lake Ontario. A 115-foot lighted dock, complete with park bench and ladder into the water, provides convenient lake access for swimming or fishing.
