First floor, beautifully decorated, fully furnished, immaculate, end unit condo. This property is a private residence, within a 24/7 gated and guarded community, inside a 4-Star golf resort. Front door parking. No steps. Freshly painted with updated window treatments and new flat screen TVs. New Sears Kenmore high-capacity, side by side washer and dryer. Situated on a quiet circle at PGA Village/Castle Pines in Port St. Lucie, FL. Castle Pines offers a spectacular walk-in pool and spa tub. The condo is located next to a nature preserve close to the PGA Village Pete Dye golf course.

The condo offers one or two units under one roof (Unit A & Unit B Studio Suite), with a combined 1,400 square feet. Each unit has a private front door with front door parking (no steps). Both units may be rented as one, or separately, depending on number of guests in party and availability. The units are separated, or adjoined, by interior metal security doors with deadbolts similar to a hotel suite. The property is owner-operated and owner resides in South Florida.

Unit A (1,100 square feet): Maximum occupancy two (2) persons. Private entrance (front door), full kitchen, one large master bedroom with two queen beds, huge walk-in closet, 1.5 baths, dining room, family room with flat screen TV, expanded cable TV line-up, secure high speed Internet with WIFI, new large capacity side by side washer and dryer, and lanai (19x9 screened porch) with ceiling fan.

Unit B Studio Suite (300 square feet): Maximum occupancy two (2) persons. The Studio Suite is the second bedroom to the main condo, but may be rented separately, if available. Perfect for one or two on a golf trip or Mets games. 1st floor, front door parking, private front door entrance, fully furnished, new air conditioning, ceiling fan, two queen beds, drop-leaf table with two stools, new large capacity, side by side washer & dryer, flat screen TV, expanded cable TV line-up, secure high-speed Internet with WIFI, kitchenette (microwave, compact refrigerator/freezer, sink, paper/plastic dinnerware), iron & ironing board, closet, two dressers, luggage rack, full bath with shower and tub, bath towels, and hair dryer. My wife, Vicki, and I are golfers and have spent many weekends during the past 14 years experiencing the great golf courses, restaurants, rivers, and beaches the Port St. Lucie area has to offer. We also enjoy the less hectic pace in Port St. Lucie and generally uncrowded atmosphere. We liked it so much we built a new home in Tradition.

What makes this condo unique

The condo is on a quiet circle overlooking a nature preserve and close to the PGA Village Pete Dye golf course. Morning coffee in the lanai (screened porch) is very peaceful while watching the wildlife.

End unit in Castle Pines

This end unit in PGA's Castle Pines (Port St. Lucie, FL) had great natural light in the main living space. I was there in August 2014 and the area was quiet. Doug, the owner, is great to work with and very responsive. The unit was very clean and kept up. The lanai is perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee while looking at nature. Would recommend to family and friends. Thanks Doug for a wonderful stay.

One of the best holidays ever!

We were so pleased with our stay in PGA Village/Castle Pines! The unit was perfect! Just the right size for our family (myself, my wife and our two teenaged (large) boys. There was adequate room to spread out but still feel as if we were together as a family. The unit was spotless and comfortable. We found plenty of good places to eat and lots of shopping a short drive away - We used the fitness facilities available, which were very nice as well. Parking was easy. The area was great for after-supper strolls too. Great experience. You cannot go wrong staying here.

Great condo

My mother and I recently stayed at this condo for a month. It was a wonderful experience and we hope to do it again next year. I would definitely recommend it. Everything you need is there. It's nicely decorated and very well kept. The pool is a 5 minute walk and beautiful. The owner is very personable and always available if there is anything you need. Excellent!!

PGA Village Condo

We are newly retired and decided to explore Florida this past February. This condo was exactly as described by the listing and we spent a week relaxing and golfing in the area. Our unit was immaculate, comfortable, quiet and well-maintained with a great laundry facility and pretty screened in porch. All we needed to buy were our groceries, everything else was provided. When I asked the owner a question I was answered immediately. We thought the pool area was beautiful and enjoyed a swim there. Also, we appreciated the secure safety of the area because it was gated with a guard in attendance.

Place is great

Place is great- clean, comfortable, quiet, and safe. Family loved the pool area. My favorite part is the owner- met him during stay and is a fantastic guy, someone I would trust to rent from again. Cant wait to use the place again in the future.

The condo is situated in beautiful PGA Village golf resort with three world-class golf courses and training center on site. There are many other superb golf courses nearby. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is 50 minutes south of Port St. Lucie. Minutes from Hutchinson Island beaches, Jensen Beach, and historic Stuart. Fifteen minute drive to Ft. Pierce which offers waterfront dining, water sports, fishing excursions, boat rentals, shopping, and live theatre. Fresh water fishing at nearby Lake Okeechobee. Many restaurants, malls, shopping centers, and entertainment within five to 30 minute drive, including Vero Beach Outlet Stores.
