This villa is located above the resort having lovely sea and coastal views. The sandy ‘Burriana’ beach with its beach-side restaurants is just 1.5km away. The villa is just a few minutes drive away from centre of Nerja. The accommodation, which is all on one level comprises of an ‘L-shaped’ living room and a dining area adjacent to the fitted kitchen which has a separate laundry room off. Both the double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the twin bedroom are accessed from the living room. There is an additional family bathroom adjacent to the bedrooms. Double patio doors from the lounge give access to a covered terrace. A brick built Barbecue on the sun terrace and patio furniture are provided to enjoy “Alfresco Dining.” Steps from the covered terrace lead down to a tiled sun terrace and the 8m x 4m kidney shaped pool with roman steps for easy access. The villa is in an enclosed plot with lockable gates. It is in a quiet location offering good privacy and excellent views.
