This lovely detached villa is in quiet cul-de-sac above Nerj’a Burriana Beach and benefits from lovely sea and coastal views. The popular ‘Burriana’ beach with its beach-side restaurants can be reached by way of a lift some 50m away. The centre of Nerja with its many fine restaurants, shops and the famous ‘Balcon de Europa’ are just a few minutes drive away. The accommodation is all on one level and comprises of a living room with comfortable furnishings. The dining room has archway to fully fitted kitchen area. There are two double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom. Double patio doors from the dining room lead to a spacious covered terrace equipped with patio furniture and a Barbecue. Take in the magnificent sea views whilst enjoying a true ‘Alfresco’ dining experience. Steps from the covered terrace lead down to the beautiful, well kept gardens and lawns that surround the 7m x 4m pool with outside shower. Patio furniture, sun beds and parasols are provided.
