4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms beach front & Family friendly!

Large beach front home located within a small traditional Thai fishing village. This house boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large open plan living area with flat screen TV, DVD/CD, child friendly play area and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Power showers with additional outdoor shower handy for use after beach visits. Beach 50m from the house where there are a selection of bars & restaurants catering for all tastes. There is a private shared pool for guest use situated behind the house. The house is air conditioned & all bedrooms have an individual terrace with superb views. A welcome pack on arrival is supplied including handy tourist information and a food basket. Additional requests can be accommodated including transport and cleaning services. Khao Takiab is a fantastic village with a wide variety of amenities: spas, restaurants, water-sports and easy access to 8 world class golf courses. All in all it will be a great holiday experience.

Beach activities: One minute stroll from the house is Khao Takiab beach which is wonderful for swimming, playing and walking. There is horse riding, water sports and massage/manicure services available on the beach. Or if you just want to relax, you can sit at one of the beach cafes for some fresh fish or use the deckchairs provided by various cafes. At one end of the beach is Monkey Mountain which you can climb to find local monkeys. At the other end is Khao Tao a lovely little fishing village. If you like walking early in the morning, going from the house to Khao Tao is wonderful as the beach is wide and expansive with little development the further you walk. You certainly cannot get this experience on Hua Hin beach which is quite narrow and tends to get very busy in the peak season.

Elephant riding and other nearby activities: Shopping for groceries is very easy as there is a small shop at the corner of the entry road to our street. For bigger shops you can find a huge Tesco in the Shopping Mall located half way between Khao Takiab and Hua Hin town (4km). Of course you can also explore Khao Takiab village which includes ATM machines, locall shops, 7-Eleven, etc. Very close to the house you can find elephant riding and quad-bike riding for those adventurous enough to ride around the dirt tracks. For golf enthusiasts, you can find a range of golf courses nearby. What better way to enjoy your golfing holiday than staying by the beach and heading to the courses when you want to play. My Thai Manager is on hand to help with anything you need. Most house rentals leave you to figure it all out by yourself. We believe in helping you to have the best possible holiday.

Short rides from Hua Hin: Within easy reach of Hua Hin you can visit a number of attractions such as Pala-U Waterfall, National Parks, Koh Talu Island for snorkelling and the pineapple plantations of Pranburi + lots more. We provide a full range of booklets and maps at the house for your perusal.

Khao Takiab beach is wonderful for swimming, playing and walking. There is horse riding, water sports and massage/manicure services available. Or if you just want to relax you can sit at one of the beach cafes and take in the view and enjoy the local cuisine.

Hua Hin is the nearest large town to visit for shopping and dining out. Easy access by tuk tuks to and from Khao takiab. Great ammenities including chemists, bakerys, shopping malls and fresh fruit and veg markets. Nightmarkets are open from 5pm till late. Many sea- front bars/restaurants serving fresh fish and local cuisine. Also on offer are an array of golf courses and long stretches of beautiful sandy beaches. All in all Hua Hin and Khao Takiab has everything to offer families visiting this beautiful part of Thailand

Other Activities: Kite Surfing

Golf: The diversity of golf courses rivals the Kingdom itself. Hua Hin's Royal Hua Hin Golf Club was Thailand's first course and many of its fairways are lined with huge trees and topiary shrubbery in shapes of animals and Thai mythological creatures. A twenty minute drive west to the base of the mountains brings you to Springfield Royal Country Club, a Jack Nicklaus signature course of 27 holes that has hosted many pro tour events. A few minutes south is Imperial Lake View with 36 holes and the site of the Asian Tour's 2007 Thailand Open. Imagine playing a morning round at Royal Hua Hin then spending a few hours on the beach, followed by an hour and a half rejuvenating spa treatment and you feel so good you want to play another round. It's 2:30, no problem, as Palm Hills is less than 10 minutes from town and you can easily get in a round and watch the sun set into the Gulf of Siam as you finish the back nine. There is still Majestic Creek and Milford Golf Club to enjoy and the drive to these courses take you through the fertile farmlands of pineapples, mango, sugar cane and aloe vera. The Black Mountain, Banyan and Queen's Valley (aspiring to host a European PGA Tour event) golf courses are all under construction and moving towards completion and there are other courses in the planning stages. This once small fishing town has trulytransformed itself into the premier golf destination in Thailand

Great Holiday Rental

Danielle's home is a great holiday rental, located a short drive outside Hua Hin, close to a working fishing village and 2 very good beaches, cafe and 7/11. The house itself is clean, nicely decorated and well equipped with a large TV, washing machine, wifi, glasses, pots and pans. To- date it is the best house I have rented for a holiday. My emails with Danielle were answered promptly and any questions raised dealt with, Danielle also arranged for a taxi to pick us up at our Bangkok hotel. Khun Dha, the house manager, was at the house on our arrival, to greet us, show our party around and ensure there was nothing else we needed, she arranged the rental of a motor bike for us and nothing appeared to be a problem for her. I would not hesitate in booking this property again,

A great place to stay

The house is perfect and a very nice place to stay, there is plenty of room and the facilities are very good, there is everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The house is almost at the beach, not even 5 minutes walk, and there are also plenty of restaurants nearby.
If you have a question, need something or want to make a trip, contact Da, the housekeeper, and she will arrange for it.

We very much like to go back and recommend this house to everybody who wants to have a great holiday in Thailand.

Fantastic House

We had a great holiday in hua hin this was my fourth visit to Thailand and this was the best location. The house was lovely better than what we expected. only 1 minute walk to beach where we spent most of our days.Its only 10 mins from town and taxis are cheap Dha at the coffee shop was always happy to help I would recommend this house to families or groups its a great house with everything you need we loved it. thankyou Danielle.

Beautiful holiday house

My family and I spent the Christmas holiday 2012/2013 in Thailand and we had rented this fabulous house in Hua Hin. It is a very clean and cosy house with plenty of space and we felt at home from the first day. The house is situated on a quiet road near to the fantastic beach – only 5 minutes walk away. There are fine café’s and restaurants nearby and do you want to go Hua Hin city, it only takes around 10-15 minutes by tuk-tuk or taxi.
The house is nicely decorated and our 1,5 year old grand son loved the small table and chairs.
The nature is beautiful: Beach, Monkey Mountain and the small fishing harbour nearby.
Danielle Noordermeer has been really kind and helpful and the staff in Hua Hin has been fantastic - extremely service-minded.
All in all we warmly recommend this lovely house for family vacation and we all hope to go back some day :-)

This was a home from home. The photos do not do this house justice. Very spaciouse with a contempary thai feel. Quiet and felt very safe. Very close to my favourite places, the boat resturant and the antacilla hotel on the beach. Loved the view of monkey montain on the terrace. Felt very peaceful and safe. The staff here were exeptional and nothing was impossible. House is a great size with everything we needed and so close to see all the touristy bits you want without feeling in te throng. Would go again and again. I would happily have a holiday here and feel no need to explore further afield than within walking distance.
