This perfectly located first floor apartment with stunning mountain views from all rooms has been recently renovated to a high standard and fitted out with modern furniture throughout. In brief, it comprises entrance hall, dining room, lounge, kitchen, 3 double bedrooms (1 with large double bed, 1 with twin beds and 1 with full size bunk beds), bathroom with bath and separate shower, toilet, balcony, and downstairs store room for ski gear. There is central heating and a modern woodburner in the lounge if you really feel the cold! The kitchen is well equipped, with all modern appliances and utensils, including ceramic hob, oven, large fridge and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and dryer available in the downstairs store. A welcome pack is provided on arrival, including tea,coffee, and breakfast ingredients. All bed-linen and fresh towels are provided. The apartment is NO SMOKING.

Our apartment is situated in Hutten, a picturesque hamlet, 5 mins walk from the ski lifts of Leogang.Approx 1 hour drive from Salzburg, or 2 hours from Munich, Leogang is a quiet village with superb skiing facilities for all levels. There are 3 ski schools close by, and a variety of ski runs for all abilities in the immediate vicinity, accessed via the Asitz gondola. Once on top of the mountain there are links to a vast ski area, collectively known as Ski-circus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang, with over 60 ski lifts and 200km of marked and well groomed pistes. In summer, the area is perfect for walkers and cyclists. There are over 700km of bike routes for all levels, and Bikepark Leogang, only 500m away, is Europe's largest bikepark for freeriders and downhillers. Keen walkers have 400km of well marked paths to explore, with plenty of cosy mountain huts for spectacular lunch stops. Alternatively,a beautifully landscaped swimming pool nearby provides a perfect base for lazy summer days.

superb property, summer or winter

We have stayed in many self catering properties in both Austria and Switzerland but this one far out shone all of the others. The apartment was immaculate and furnished/equiped to an extremely high standard, with the most comfy beds we have ever slept in. We enjoyed eating al fresco on the wrap round balcony with stunning views down the valley. The owners have obviously spared no expense in tastefully furnishing the apartmnet and we loved coming 'home' to it at the end of each day.. Hutton is a charming little village and the proximity to the cablecar makes for easy access to both the ski runs in winter and some stunning panoramic walks in the summer.
I would highly recommend this property for a holiday any time of the year.We will be back!

Beautiful, well situated apartment

We had a fantastic short break in this apartment early in January 2009. As described in the information provided by the owners, it is beautifully furnished and fitted out, and was spotlessly clean on arrival. The owners representative came to meet us and offered any help that we needed. The views from the balcony are stunning and you are very close to the Gondola - you can ski-in and ski-out if the conditions are right! You have access to a huge ski area if you are ok with red runs and if you make an early start you can reach the far end of Hinterglemm and back. If you want to spend more time in the Saalbach-Hinterglemm area without worrying about missing the last lifts back across to Leogang it is about 25 minutes drive away. For the highly mobile and really adventurous there are plenty of other ski resorts within an easy drive including Kaprun with a snow sure glacier (some friends were skiing there last summer!). There is a ski hire shop in Leogang where the staff were very friendly and helpful, and you can pre-book your equipment on-line for a discount. We enjoyed a good meal at Jedermann's restaurant where there was ample non-Austrian fayre for our teenagers! All in all highly recommended.

Fantastic weekend getaway

Returned recently from a fantastic weekend in Leogang.
We ski & snowboard and all runs were well maintained and lifts were operated with precision and efficiency which makes your time on the slopes even more enjoyable.The weather was also fantastic with sunburnt faces.
The apartment is well located for the lifts with ski in & out a possibility with a little effort.
The apartment is finished to the highest standards with good detailed information from the owner regarding directions etc.
We were met by their local representative to explain all the workings within the accommodation who spoke great English and an information pack was on hand to provide any local tips and knowledge.
There was ample space as we were only 3 but it would easily accommodate 6.
We have already spoken to Lynn regarding another long weekend before the snow melts,a recommendation in itself.
A particularly good feature is the cellar storage for all your ski equipment as it is near the boiler room all your gear is nicely aired ready for the next morning.
Will definitely be recommending it to our friends for all year round as once the snow melts it also offers excellent scenery with walks and mountain and road cycling all featured

Great Holiday,Lovely Apartment

We have just returned from a great skiing holiday in Leogang. We are a family of beginner and intermediate skiers and we found plenty of slopes to challenge us. My boys also enjoyed the evening toboganning.

The apartment, which is very close to the ski lifts is lovely. It is very comfortable and accommodates 6 people with ease. It is warm, very clean and very well equipped. There is also a cellar to store the ski gear. Our contact was very helpful and spoke good english.
I highly recommend this property, we had a wonderful time and hope to go back soon.
