Unusually large studio apartment off High St Kensington and Holland Park. Lower ground studio - at front of elegant, well maintained Victorian house. Studio has own private entrance direct from the street - 3 steps down. Small front patio area and planters with olive trees and lavender gives privacy. Rental apartment has much light and a sunny aspect. The studio was refurbished completely and recently new wooden floors and central heating were installed. The studio has an entrance hall, separate kitchen, separate shower room, separate WC, and then a very large living/bedroom, with a good dressing area and built-in wardrobe area at the back. Fully furnished and equipped with everything that you need for either a few day rental or several weeks, or even months! Ideal rental apartment for professionals on business, holiday makers, researchers, musicians, etc. Strictly no smoking.

Russell Road is right next to Olympia Underground station as well as Olympia Train station. The station has direct trains to Gatwick Airport. At the end of the road is High Street Kensington with many buses to Central London. We are very close to the Olympia Hilton Hotel. The wonderful parks - Holland Park and Kensington Gardens - are very close. Shops include Tesco at Cromwell Road, and at Hammersmith Road, with a Waitrose on High St Kensington. Many restaurants on High St Kensington, Hammersmith, Notting Hill, Holland Park, Earls Court, etc. Very easy access arriving by car from the M3, M4 and M40. Right next to Olympia Exhibition Centre and not far from Earls Court Exhibition Centre.

  • The bathroom has a large built-in shower with glass door. It uses a sports electric shower unit which gives a good supply of water. There is a wash basin in the bathroom. The WC is a separate room altogether.

  • 4ft 6 ins normal size double bed - purchased recently. Studio flat so the bedroom and living room are in one area. All linen and towels replaced regularly as necessary. Large dressing area with separation at rear of room, with lots of wardrobe and shelf space for clothes, etc. No shortage of storage space in this flat! A folding bed could be supplied for a small child by separate arrangement.

We stayed for one week in Sept/Oct and had a fantastic stay. Everything that you could possibly need is to be found in the flat or certainly nearby.
Brilliant location, brilliant accommodation.

My husband I stayed here from September 8 - 14th. It was absolutley perfect. It was close to both the tube and the bus. Very accessible to city centre and all points in between. The flat was nicer than we were expecting and had everything we needed. Daniel was wonderful and very helpful in making this a great vacation. I would highly recommend this flat to anyone. Great area. Lovely homes, quiet and safe.

We stayed for a week and the place was absolutely fabolous. The apartment is cosy and warm, walking distance from undergroud station, High Street Kensington, Earls Court, big Tesco. All in one place.

We came to London from Cornwall for the Ecobuild exhibition at Earls Court so we were looking for somewhere to stay nearby, but ideally not a Hotel. We found this apartment and we can safely say it was ideal for us; clean, warm, quiet and ideally situated. Friendly landlord, we were well greated well, the apartment has everything you would need, highly recommended.

Our stay in the studio was great. It´s really spacious, comfortable, well - maintained, modern and it has all the facilities mentioned in the description working perfectly. Daniel, the owner is a very kind person, he helped us whenever we needed and provided us with more than we expected. The neighbourhood is very quiet, and the location was fine, as you can get to the studio by any means of transport which of course is very easy in London. We would definitely recommend this property to our best friend or anyone we love. Thanks for making us feel so comfortable!!
