Casa Mesa Verde is a European architect designed luxury villa with stunning coastal views. It is located just outside the village of Villaverde about 10-15 minutes drive from El Cotillo and Corralejo. The villa offers wonderful living space (378m2) including a large open plan lounge with home cinema (SAT TV, DVD/BluRay), iPod docking, fully equipped contemporary kitchen/diner, 5 bedrooms (two with TV/DVD) and 4 bathrooms. Outside, there is a large (11M x 6M) fully heated (all year) swimming pool with shallow end for young children and outside shower/WC, extensive sun terrace (on two levels), Weber BBQ and covered terrace with table and chairs. Completed in 2008, the villa is now available for rental.

Rental Rates for this vacation villa rental in Villaverde, Canary Islands

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Euros 1,500 - 2,000 per week based on up to 4 people staying in the villa. Price is variable within this range based on whether stay is during high or low season. Additional guests are charged at €100 during high season and €75 during low season. The maximum number of guests allowed is 10. A deposit of £1000 (sterling) is required to guarantee against any breakages and this will be returned via a UK cheque within 7 days of your departure date provided there is no loss/damage to the villa or its contents. A non refundable deposit of 20% is payable upon booking. Full payment is required 10 weeks prior to arrival. All charges remitter. Terms applicable to bookings made from 16 February 2009.

Notes: High quality contemporary kitchen/diner with gas hob, electric oven, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 3.5m long table seating 10 people (appliances Miele and Siemans). Utility room with storage units, sink, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Large open plan living room with seating for 10, huge picture windows facing the sea and rear terrace, open fire, home cinema, ipod docking, separate music zone to covered terrace. All towels and linen are provided. The property is cleaned weekly and the towels linen changed weekly for guests staying 2 weeks or more. This is a family friendly villa in a very quiet location and a car is essential.

Fabulous villa

As other reviewers suggest this is a fabulous villa, spacious and stylish; the photographs really don't do it justice. It is extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool and gardens are very well maintained. The TV/DVD/hi-fi system is state of the art (although the iPod dock wasn't working when we were there). There are good beaches within about a 15 minute drive, but we spent a lot of time in the pool, which is a good size, and enjoying the views.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers

This Villa exceeds all expectations
The owner's description is 100% accurate.
Great design and quality build and finish.
The location is ideal,especially for families-quiet,private,lots of space outside.Lovley views.in an authentic Spanish area,a short drive to excelent beaches,the whole area has a nice laid back feel.
The villa is very comfortable,spacious,tastefully decorated,very generously equipped, practical and relaxing.
It is spotlessly clean and carefully maintained.
The Pool is perfect,our kids spent hours and hours in it.
Good info pack,top quality plasma/cinema sound/blue ray set up.
Lots of good restaurants locally.
This villa is a real tribute to the owner.
There will be a lot of return buisness and my only concern is that it will be hard to get a booking slot.
Enjoy.

The villa was indeed much more impressive than the description and photos sugggest. Actually, it's magnificent - and perfectly maintained. I'd thoroughly recommend it for anyone looking for an escape and appreciating some style. There's huge attention to detail in the finish of the place, down to the bathroom fittings and mood lighting, inside and outside.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Romantic Getaway

Please be aware that the pictures / description of this villa simply do not do it justice. If you are in two minds about booking, don`t be -
the villa is simply superb. Ideal if you like it quiet although Corralejo is only a short drive away if you want a bit of life / have children etc

Amazing villa, spectular views

We had a week in this wonderful villa, it completely exceeded all of our high expectations. The villa is the best that we have ever stayed in and the pool is just amazing. The pictures on the internet do not do the villa justice. The kitchen, bedrooms and, above all, the living areas are just out of this world. We will definitely be booking this villa again.
