Luxurious 3 bedroom apartment with Marina & pool views

Located in the exclusive Royal Phuket Marina this wonderful apartment offers beautiful marina and pool views. Completed in 2007 the fully air conditioned apartment has 3 large bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, lounge and dining areas. The modern kitchen is also fully equipped. Views of both the Marina and Swimming Pool are attained from the Lounge and all 3 bedrooms. The Lounge/Dining Area also has two balconies one overlooking the Marina and the other the Pool.

The Apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated and is guaranteed to be the perfect base for your holiday in Phuket.

Phuket Island: The apartment is within 15 minutes of golf courses, beaches shopping malls, shops and supermarkets, hospitals and many restaurants and bars. During the day other activities such as horse riding jungle trekking, para gliding etc are all close to hand.

Golf Information: The Golf Courses in Phuket are of International Standard and are all within 15-20 minutes drive of the Apartment. Each one is set in magnificent tropical surroundings and offers its own unique challenges. The more famous are Blue Canyon ,Red Mountain, Mission Hills, and Loch Palm.

One lounge balcony has a beautiful view overlooking the marina whilst the second larger balcony overlooks the beautifully landscaped swimming pool The master bedroom overlooks the marina whilst bedrooms 2 and 3 overlook the swimming pool The Lounge has a 52'' wall mounted Flat Screen TV whilst the Master Bedroom also has a Flat Screen TV with DVD. Both have cable offering about 60 International Channels In addition the Lounge/Master Bedroom/Bathroom has a state of the art audio system that allows you to program your own music from a choice of 6000 songs -everything from classic to rock and no need to keep changing Cd's!!!!! The system can also be programmed so that you can play different music in the Lounge and Master Bedroom/Bathroom.
