Our lovely self catering apartment is fully air conditioned and furnished to a very high standard with a large south facing balcony looking towards the Mediterranean. Though situated in the heart of Costa del Sol's golfing paradise, La Reserva de Marbella is a tranquil oasis of subtropical gardens, pools and fountains, where you can relax and enjoy your summer holiday away from the crowds of the nearby resorts of Fuengirola, Marbella and Puerto Banus. Excellent beaches restaurants and shopping are all close at hand.

'La Reserva de Marbella' completed in 2005, is a lovely complex, set in landscaped tropical gardens. Walking distance to a few local bars and restaurants and a 3 minute drive to Puerto Cabopino Yacht Harbour and 20 minutes to Puerto Banus. This apartment is situated just off the main N340, exit at Las Chapas. 12km. from the centre of Marbella Town. Drive time from Malaga Airport is 30 minutes. We are situated between Cabopino and Elviria. Just minutes away from some of the Costa del Sol's best beaches. Two hours drive to Granada and Sierra Nevada mountains. We are surrounded by well known Golf Courses. A supermarket and a great restaurant have recently opened within the complex.

  • We require a booking deposit of £100 with the final balance payable 8 weeks before commencement of holiday A refundable security deposit of £200 to be paid separately with the balance. This will be returned within 14 days
  • Rental prices are per week for the apartment (not per person), additional days can be booked. Please ask for details. Prices include use of all linen and towels, electricity, water etc. However we do ask guests to bring their own beach towels for the use by the pool/beach. A welcome pack that includes tea, coffee, water, milk, bread, and wine can be ordered for an additional £15
  • Long weekend breaks also available, but not during July and August.

Just had a long weekend break at this super self-catering flat. Great location with clean pools on site. Just a few minutes drive to all the main resorts and beaches, with some excellent restuarants. Bar/Cafe and a shop close by for convenience, and well laid out complex. Peaceful and quite location.

Flat was spacious, clean and had great view from the balcony. Would throughly recommend to anyone looking for a short or longer break on the sunny south coast of Spain.

Very nice appartment

The flat was well-maintained, comfortably and well equipped, very clean, towels and bedding as well.
We were very happy with this appartment and the whole complex. As we were there before the peak season, the swimming pools areas were not crowed. The garden and other exterior areas were also clean and well-maintained.
We are very grateful to the owners, who were very friendly and ready to help. We were provided with hints and tips from detailed directions till lovely restaurants.
There is only one catch to the location: you really need car. The appartment is located on a hill in an almost residencial-only area. In return you have a calm neighbourhood and can really relax. Thank you very much Teresa and Andy and congratulations for you lovely flat. We felt ourselves at home.
