Photos and Description of the San Francisco vacation apartment rental
Located in Cole Valley one of the best neighborhood in San Francisco

This is a beautiful Victorian house on a quiet street in the heart of San Francisco between the Castro, the Mission and Noe Valley. Walking through the front door, the house opens to a modern light filled space with 12 foot ceilings. There are 3 seating areas and a media center artfully tucked into a Japanese Tanzu chest. There is a bright artsy dining table with a collection of hand painted chairs. There is also a full bed on this level and an ultra-modern bathroom on this floor featuring a hand blown glass sink.

The newly renovated kitchen is open to the main living area with granite counter tops and new appliances and is fully stocked. A feature is the foot-operated, water-saving sink. It’s a beautiful, open, eat-in space with huge light- and plant-filled windows on 3 sides that opens directly onto the spacious patio where you can also eat outside or just sit for a calming break from the excitement of the city.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (one queen and one full) sharing a full bathroom with toto heated wash let toilet seat, and large tub. Stepping out the master bedroom door or the bathroom window/door is a large sun filled deck with claw-foot soaking tub plumbed hot and cold. You can watch the sun go down over the city from your soaking seclusion! Or just enjoy end of day treats up on the sun roof!

PARKING SITUATION

There is no need for a car, but if you do bring one, street parking is limited to 2 hours in the day time, and unlimited overnight; there are 6 parking lots nearby, check here for details: http://www.castrosf.org/needs.parking_lot.html

About Bernat Pons/Adrien Julienne

We enjoying renting vacation rentals to make our guests feel like a local!

Bernat Pons/Adrien Julienne purchased this apartment in 2008
Why Bernat Pons/Adrien Julienne chose San Francisco

Cole Valley is one of the best areas to live in San Francisco, walking distance to the Golden Gate Park and the Haight Ashbury crossing streets. Very well located and fast public transportation to Downtown and all the city. The N-JUDAH-TRAM line stops one block away and it takes 15 min to Union Square.

What makes this apartment unique

Spacious, Elegant, Charming, Centrally located.

This vacation rental is located in Cole Valley, Haight Ashbury.

Close enough to feel the turbulence from Haight Street lap at its doorstep, but far enough away to close the shutters and retreat into Victorian charm.

The Sunset Tunnel, used by the N-Judah Muni Line, was opened in 1928. Cole Valley began to grow around the train stop at the intersection of Carl and Cole.

Lovely home in San Francisco

4 of 5
Submitted: October 7, 2012 Stayed: August 2012
We spend one week in this lovely apartment. It is huge, clean, in good shape and very well-equipped. Three individually decorated bedrooms offer enough space for at least 6 people. The apartment's location is perfect: grocery stores in the neighbourhood, close to the Golden Gate Parc and a train stop just in front of the building.
Only two (possibly negative) aspects that could be of interest:
- entering the building you have to climb quite a few steps to the third floor,
- at night you can hear the train passing by.
Still, we really enjoyed our stay and would choose this apartment again when going to San Francisco.

The appartement is better than pics. Great Location, not in a tourist place, big park near for people who like tp make some sport the morning. Also and another thing witch is important, was that the appart was so so clean. Great restaurant near, vintage shopping and tram who is going to market street. We were a group of 8 people between 28-30 years old, we enjoyed a lot this holidays.

Great days in San Francisco

5 of 5
Submitted: January 25, 2011 Stayed: January 2011
Me and my brothers (five persons) had an excellent week in this beautiful victorian house.

The location is perfect, near downtown but not that near that noise and traffic bothers. Also has supermarkets, groceries and restaurants really close.

You can perfectly walk to Alamo Square, Castro Street, Mission Dolores and Golden Park.

Everything was functional for us (kitchen, laundry and bathroom)

It was great to enjoy San Francisco there!
