This brand new (April 2012) luxury condo is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Heated bathroom floor. Secure parking. Very large deck with comfy lounge seating and barbeque.

51' plasma T.V., large sectional couch, wi-fi, dvd player and free local phone to give you the comforts of home.

Sidney is only 5 minutes from the airport and the ferries to Vancouver and the Gulf Islands. The Anacortes ferry is a short walk from the condo.

Downtown Victoria and the inner harbour as well as the university of Victoria are all only 30 minutes drive.

Sidney is a friendly small town that has everything you need within walking distance. The main street is lined with flower boxes, benches and ornamental street lighting, which makes Sidney a place you will want to return to.

About The Owner

Born and married in England, we came to Canada in 1975.

We have two children and two grandchildren. We enjoy being in Sidney so much we look forward to bringing in more visitors from around the world.

Why The Owner chose Sidney

After living most of our lives in a northern community of B.C. and having a sister living on the Island, we came across Sidney on one of our many visits and found it so relaxing as you can walk around it so easily along the streets or walking trails. The people are friendly and we feel so at ease there.

What makes this condo unique

The condo is so centrally located that it is a pleasure to walk around town or down to the beach. Bicycles are available for rent just around the corner for those who wish to explore further afield. The streets in Sidney are kept immaculately clean.

Great little condo

This unit fit our needs perfectly for our eight day stay in Sidney. The location was great, right in the heart of this beautiful little town. The accommodation was very clean, something that is important to us. Due to the time of year we unfortunately couldn't make use of the well appointed deck sitting area and BBQ. Building was quiet and well maintained. Although we had a rental car for the week, we did not use it much as you can walk everywhere. Our only complaint was one day going down to the car park there was a strong smell of smoke at the bottom of the stairwell. Would definitely recommend this unit and hope to stay again later this year.

Home Away From Home

My husband and I stayed for a week in this lovely condo. The complex was very clean, quiet, and well maintained. The condo offered a beautiful large patio surrounded by trees that was a delight to sit on in the morning with a cup of coffee and fresh fruit we bought from the local farm markets. The bed was very comfortable and offered a good night rest. The owners even thought of the little details like an umbrella, a variety of teas and a toothbrush holder!! The owners were very polite and accomodating and made us feel right at home! We loved this place and will certainly stay again if it is available.

Perfect location for a relaxing vacation

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this condo. It is perfectly located: walking distance from the waterfront and all the Sidney sights, yet just far enough from the centre of town that it's quiet and peaceful at any time of the day. The condo itself is bright, airy and impeccably clean, with comfortable furnishings, huge windows and a large, private patio. You've got secure parking if you need it, but Sidney is so small that you don't really need a car. I easily travelled from the airport to the condo on the city bus (approx. 15 minutes), and there are bus routes to Victoria and the Swartz Bay ferries only a few blocks away.

If you visit during the summer, I highly recommend the Sidney Street Market on Thursday evenings -- it runs almost the full length of Beacon Avenue and is a wonderful mix of food vendors, artisans and local culture. The Sidney Bakery is full of more goodies that you could imagine, and the waterfront is always a peaceful place to sit and unwind.

If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation spot, this place fits the bill. I would definitely stay here again!

New Condo, Downtown Sidney,BC,

We found the unit very well kept and very clean. The location was ideal. We found that during the 2 weeks that we were there, we did not rent a vehicle because everything that we wanted was within walking distance. Everyday we did the sea walk. We wanted a relaxing holiday and that is just what we did. We went for several walks each day and spent time just watching the activities at the waterfront.
The unit was just one block from main street, two blocks from Safeway and three blocks from the ocean, We want to stay in this unit again in thesummer
