'Sunrise Lakes', only a 10 minute drive to Disney World and close to all the other major Orlando attractions. The house is completely air-conditioned. On the ground floor there is a formal sitting area with a professional pool table, a family room with big screen Cable TV with DVD and a CD stereo system, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room with washer and dryer. There is a desk and chair for guests who bring their laptop with a broadband internet connection, a printer and 'free unlimited' local, long distance and international telephone calls. The garage contains a games area with mini football, air hockey and basketball. Within Sunrise Lakes there is a community swimming pool, a small Cabana and a children's playground. Within a few minutes drive of the home there is a supermarket and an excellent choice of shops and restaurants, Walmart, Dennies, McDonald's, KFC, Lowes, Chilly, Publics, pizza, Chinese, curry take aways.

Walt Disney World is 8 miles away. There is so much to see and do there. Downtown Disney is great to walk around to. Sea World, Aquatica, Universal Studios and Wet N Wild are located 20 miles away. Walmart is 3 minutes away, by car. You could even walk to Windixie, from the house if you so wished, it would take you 8 minutes or so. There are also, many restaurants on US 192 which are located within 5 miles. There are things appearing all the time.

Additional information about rental rates

  • All prices are based on 1 week rental of the property (All prices are subject to 12% sales tax).
    Cleaning included for 5 days and over. A daily rental can be arranged, but a minimum of 4 days, plus $150 dollar clean addition. The dollar rate shown, is based on $1.90.
    Discounts of 30% for the 3rd week and over.
    Free pool heat Jan & Feb 09 saving $210 per week

    Changeover day
    You can arrive anytime after 3pm, unless authorised before hand. The house must be vacated by 11am, on your departure, unless otherwise agreed prior to your arrival.
  • The house is completely air-conditioned, working at its best when all windows and doors, are obviously closed. The pool and spa 'heating' are optional, with additional cost, if required. Cot and high chair can be provided if required, again, an additional cost. Our property is very suitable for children. There is a pool screen around the pool, and alarms on doors when open.
    Pool and spa heating $30 per day. Cots $30 per week. Additional clean $150 full clean or half clean $70. PlayStation with up to date games $35 per week. Anything you require we will try to do, as to make your stay even more enjoyable.
  • Booking notes -
    To enquire on availability please check this site or our house website, which gives much more details and has the availability chart. Booking requires 20% payment to secure plus the balance and the security deposit at least 8 weeks prior to arrival. Security deposit of $400 will be returned as soon as the property management company, confirms no damage has been done and once we receive the bills for the utilities in case of any pay per view movies.

Notes: Accessibility Our property does have a downstairs queen bedroom, with separate downstairs bathroom. All other amenities are then accessible on the downstairs floor to. There are 3/4 steps to enter down into the swimming pool, to make access easy, to get in and out. Outside The private heated swimming pool and spa have great views over a conservation area. There is a covered lanai for those guests that like a bit of shade with large table + 4 chairs. Also 2 loungers, 2 reclining chairs, 2 small tables and 2 foot stools. There are plastic glasses in the kitchen, to use when by the pool, for safety reasons.

Beach & travel: Beaches - Cocoa beach, is about 1 hour away (great for surfing). Gulf Coast beaches, such as Clearwater and St Pete (just past Tampa) are about 1 hour 30 away. Travel - Orlando International is located 30 miles away. This is the best to come into if possible. Orlando Sanford International airport is located 40 miles away. Alternatively there is Tampa, Miami, and others that are all within 2-3 hrs from the house.

Distances: Walt Disney World is 8 miles away. There is so much to see and do there. Downtown Disney is great to walk around to. Sea World, Aquatica, Universal Studios and Wet N Wild are located 20 miles away. Walmart is 3 minutes away, by car. Golf: There are approx 7 golf courses within an 8/9 minute drive from Sunrise Lakes. There are over 50 other courses, within a 30 mile radius, including Celebration Golf Club, Legends Golf and Country Club, Palisades and Kings Ridge. The courses are of superb quality, every type of terrain or level of golf courses is available.

The perfect place

The descripiton of the house was very accurate. The house and the pool were very clean. The owners called while we were at the house to make sure everything was ok and it was. I would highly recommend this porperty to anyone who want to vacation close to Disney. It was about a 20 minute drive(to disney) so that when we finish our day it was nice to come home and relax. Shopping and restaurants just around the corner. With the forest behind the house it was very private, very comfortable.
