This property can also be rented as two seperate units catering for 6 people each. Only a few minutes drive from Cannes and a short walk to the small town of Golfe Juan. Perfect for a family occasion or special event. All bedrooms have a private bath or shower room and toilet The villa is on two levels and can be split offering independent apts for 6 people on each level. 3 bedroom self contained fully equipped accomodation is offered on the pool level. Spacious living room /diner leading to the pool terrace. Have a drink at the bar by the pool, serve lunch on the pool terrace or on the roof terrace where you may enjoy the fantastic sea view over the bay of Cannes and Golfe Juan. Each kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob and dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. A home from home to meet your self catering needs.

Large apt, approximately 150m² with spacious living/diner opening onto the pool terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with full oven, 4 ring hob, fridge/freeze, dishwasher and microwave. Each bedroom has a king size bed, private bathroom with WC and plenty of cupboard space. In addition there is a cloakroom. The bay windows of this self contained, beautifully decorated and furnished accomodation open directly onto the covered pool terrace with dining table and chairs. There are sun loungers a bar with fridge and covered pergola with more seating. The featured lighting around the pool make evening dining a real pleasure.
