This property can also be rented as two seperate units catering for 6 people each. Only a few minutes drive from Cannes and a short walk to the small town of Golfe Juan. Perfect for a family occasion or special event. All bedrooms have a private bath or shower room and toilet The villa is on two levels and can be split offering independent apts for 6 people on each level. 3 bedroom self contained fully equipped accomodation is offered on the pool level. Spacious living room /diner leading to the pool terrace. Have a drink at the bar by the pool, serve lunch on the pool terrace or on the roof terrace where you may enjoy the fantastic sea view over the bay of Cannes and Golfe Juan. Each kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob and dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. A home from home to meet your self catering needs.

This spacious villa of 380m² has 5 double bedrooms & will comfortably sleep 12 people as there is an extra sofa bed in the den. On the top level you will find a very large living room/diner, veranda with sea view, 2 bedrooms each with bathroom & toilet, one extra bathroom and toilet & a fully equipped kitchen. On the the lower level, the immense living room/diner,fully equipped kitchen & two of the three bedrooms, look onto the spacious swimming pool terrace with its covered dining areas & pool bar. The pool terrace is equipped with sun loungers & cushions. All rooms have been tastefully & individually designed &decorated.The pool terrace is perfect for entertaining and is completely private. On the very top is a roof terrace, again with seating & dining facilities. From here you may enjoy the breathtaking view of the bay of Cannes, have a drink, relax and watch the sunset or one of the numerous summer firework displays.Perfect for two families or business entertainment.
