Rental Rates for this vacation cabin rental in New Forest, United Kingdom

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (British Pound) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

• 10% DISCOUNT: The DANE lodges located close to each other are ideal for larger groups of up to 10 people.
  If both DANE lodges are booked at the same time for the identical holiday period, earn 10%
  DISCOUNT off both DANE lodge published rental prices.
  
  SHORT BREAKS are available and the cost can be calculated as follows:
  Weekend break 3 nights Fri-Sat-Sun @ 3 x weekend nightly rate e.g. 3 x £60 = £180
  Mid-week break 4 nights Mon-Tues-Wed-Thurs @ 3 x weekend nightly rate e.g. 3 x £60 = £180
  If a rental is taken for less than 3 nights, the guest will be charged the 3 night rate.
  Short breaks must be paid IN FULL when booking.
  
  The period of your stay is as follows: Arrival from 4.00pm. Departure by 10.00am.
  Please try to arrive before 8.00pm. We regret that we cannot accept arrivals after 10.00pm.
  
  The number of persons permitted to stay in the lodge must not exceed six. Infants under two are not required to be counted as members of the party.
• TERMS & CONDITIONS: A non refundable deposit of £100 per week is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation.
  
  We reserve the right not to accept bookings from single sex parties in accordance with Park regulations.
  
  Only named people on your Booking Form can occupy the lodge and anyone not listed may be asked to leave the Park.
• PAYMENT:
  The rental balance is payable no later than 60 days before arrival or the booking will be cancelled. Cancellations that are made in writing more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival forfeit the deposit and rental already paid. If the lodge is re-let for the full amount, we will refund the whole amount (less the non-refundable deposit).
  
  Guests are encouraged to take out travel insurance to cover the risk that they must change their plans.
  
  Only named people on your Booking Form can occupy the lodge and anyone not listed may be asked to leave the Park.
  
  Lodge rental prices are inclusive of bed linen, gas, electricity, and membership of the Licensed and Leisure Club.
  Membership cards will be issued by Reception on your arrival, together with a Park guide and details of any entertainment/events happening that week.
