Fully renovated, modern, comfortable 1 bedroom apartment with balcony. Only a short walk to the seafront, main shopping avenues, train station. This apartment is located in a quiet but central area of Nice: Musician quarter. One step from the beautiful Bd Victor Hugo and four blocks from Promenade des Anglais. It offers comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people.

Ideally located in the center of town, four blocks from the beach, many restaurants, terraces, bread shops, supermarkets, fresh markets, cinema Rialto, one of the few cinemas with English speaking movies two blocks away from us and across the street from the best Tea Shop in town and Boulangerie of Rivoli with one of the best “pain au chocolat” we have found so far,direct buss line airport (number 23) two minutes walk from the apartment, nice park with palm trees and flowers perfect for a rest and a quiet read, 15 minutes walk to the Old Town with its shops and terraces.

Notes: This entirely renovated apartment is situated in Musician Quarter in the heart of Nice one step away from beautiful Bd.Victor Hugo and a short walk from famous Negresco Hotel,Promenade des Anglais and the beach.On the third floor of a nice and well maintained building with marble floors and lift. Well equipped American kitchen with dinning area for four, sitting area for 6 people, comfortable convertible sofa bed in the living room and queen size bed in the bedroom. Good size bathroom with tub and shower, washer/dryer machine, hairdryer, separated toilet. For your convenience the apartment is equipped with Internet, cable ( BBC,CNN,Euronews, Eurosport,etc.), flat screen TV, DVD player. All rooms of the flat are opening onto the balcony with big sliding glass doors making it sunny and airy. The balcony faces East so you will enjoy the beautiful mornings around the french style terrace table with a cup of Nespresso.

We stay in Nice twice a year since 2004. And this is the appartment we always would choose again. Even if it’s quite a walk to the flower and fish market. For couple of reasons: Quiet. No problem with wireless lan, dish wahser, perfect oven, fine bathroom. And not far from the beach. In fact we just can’t wait to come back.

Este piso está en perfectas condiciones, tal y como se puede apreciar en las fotos y es perfecto para quien quiere disfrutar de los encantos de Niza y de las ciudades a su alrededor. Su localización es muy céntrica pero a la vez tranquila, cerca de todo el tipo de comercio, museos y locales de interés y muy cerquita a la playa.
Lo recomiendo a todos aquellos que quieran pasar una temporada en Niza.

Nice vacation

The location of the apartment is really nice, it is close to the city centre and the famous Negresco Hotel (four blocks from the sea). We stayed for ten days last month and we went walking everywhere; we travelled by car and we found a free of charge parking in the area and without problems.
The apartment is a comfortable place with renovated appliances and furniture is excellent condition. We really enjoyed our vacacion, and the treatment was very pleasant!!!

This was a very nice apartment. Very good location and quiet. Easy access to the sea and city center. Clean, modern and well equiped. Wrless internet was very good at all time. Plenty of caffe bars, patiseries etc just around corner. For food lovers there is an old nice market 2 min walking distance. Highly recomended for shorter or longer stay, holiday or business purpose.

Great value, stylish, comfy and quiet

This apartment was ideal for us - 2 adults and a 5 year old. The apartment is in a very pleasant part of Nice. A children's playground as well as supermarkets, convenience stores are all very close. Excellent location for exploring Nice; just a couple of blocks from the beach and a ten minute walk to the heart of Nice. We found free street parking during our 6 nights stay (just have to be careful with street signage and move the car every now and then !). The apartment is stylishly decorated, was very clean and has all the desired mod cons (dishwasher, washer/dryer) as well as wireless internet (a necessity for us). Wonderfully quiet and beds were very comfy ! The owner was very helpful and willing to meet our needs. We would certainly stay again if visiting Nice. Highly recommended !
