A two bedroom apartment in rustic style. Sleeps up to 6 persons. 1 Double bedroom with twin beds,1bedroom with full size bunk bed,full size sofa bed in lounge area. Shower room. Kitchen/ lounge/dining combined.The kitchen has a small cooker & fridge. There is TV with DVD player & music CD player. Outside is a huge natural stone terrace with small plunge pool BBQ & fully equipped with sunloungers & table and chairs. There is a private drive and off road parking. The apartment is on the lower level of the owners property and is fully self contained with its own entrance and car access. From the apartment you have views to the sea and the town of Blanes in the distance. The apartment is on an urbanisation located between Lloret (5min) and Tossa (10min) The nearest beach is Canyelles (2km). Locally there is a restaurant(walking distance) with a large pool (FREE USE) and terrace. There is a play area for children with swings, slides etc. (new 2008) A CAR IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS APARTMENT.

Close by is Lloret de Mar. Everything you need is here. Shops selling clothes ,leather & presents. Cafes & bars abound. Every Tuesday there is a street market selling mainly clothes & bags. Within 5min is the fantastic Water World a must visit attraction. The local beaches are immaculate and have all kinds of water sports available. Tossa de Mar(10min) is a beautiful town with its own restored castle (FREE entrance) & traffic free narrow streets full of quaint shops & excellent bars,cafes, and resturants. The beach is set around a natural cove where bars & eateries abound.There is a market every Thursday from about 9am until 2pm selling everything from clothes & bags to fresh fruit & veg.There is free parking within walking distance.A visit to Barcelona the regions capital is a must & direct trains run from Blanes.Girona is also a beautiful place to spend some time & has many old buildings dating from ancient times. Canyelles, the nearest beach is a beautiful cove with great restaurant

Notes: The pool is a plunge type pool with interior seating and is suitable for small children (under supervision)It has underwater lighting and is ideal for relaxing and enjoying a drink. BUT IT IS NOT A SWIMMING POOL. The area is quiet and safe and walks can be made from the apartment on the many quiet roads and into the mountains. The apartment is approx. 300ft above sea level with great views to the sea and mountains. Nearest supermarkets and shops are 3km away and an Aldi supermarket also within easy distance.Visits to Barcelona and Girona can be taken from the bus station in Lloret or Barcelona by direct train from Blanes (5km). The terrace has a brick BBQ and this is freely available for guests use as is the pool. The terrace area is very private and is SW facing so is sunny from morning until the sun dips behind the mountains (about 8.30pm in high season) Internet wireless access is planned for the area and may be available for 2009. If so, access will be free.

We felt right at home straight away. The patio and pool area is spacious and a great place to relax and unwind. The pool was certainly big enough for our kids to have fun and for us to sit and sip a G&T. Well positioned for great beaches, activities for the kids, lovely coastal drives and a trip to Barcelona, we did it all. The Rustics was clean and spacious and the barbecue was a great bonus. The owners were welcoming and helpful. We will certainly consider another visit.
