Our brand new 2 Bedroom ground floor apartment overlooks the swimming pool. There is Air conditioning. Two large balconies at front and rear over looking the pool and beautiful well maintained gardens where you can dine or just chill out at the end of the day. Furnished to a high standard. All beds fitted with delux sprung matteress for a good nights sleep. There is a water filter so no need to carry water. mosquito doors and windows. 8 mins walk to quiet and relaxing, sandy Candolim beach. Small local shops are just outside the complex. Close proximity to shops, restaurants,bars and internet cafe . There is 24 hour security on our gated complex..

Nearest Airport: Dabolim at 40 Kilometres
Approx 40km from Dabolim airport. Taxis are plentiful and cheap to hire. 8 mins walk to quiet and relaxing, sandy Candolim beach allowing you to reach Calangut and Baga, observing dolphins and stopping at beach shacks for a snack on your way. Goa capital Panjim is approx 15km away, reachable by taxi or local bus and free ferry. Boat trips on the Mandovi River are available where there is also a floating Casino where you can eat, drink and gamble. Half an hour by taxi is Arpora's famous Saturday night market or you can shop in the open air market of Mapusa, which is 16 km away, also reachable by local bus.

    30% non refundable deposit is required on booking. Balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. A £50 returnable deposit for keys and breakage is payable on arrival. Bookings are only accepted for a minimum of one week except for Christmas and New Year when a 14 day booking is the minimum. A discount for a stay over 4 weeks can be negotiated.

We stayed at the Regal Park ground floor appartment for the new year 2009. We found there accomodation immaculate with all home facilities.
Maureen & Derrick the owners could not do or help enough
for our first time in goa and make us feel very welcolm.

Resort. It boast 3 swimming pools the grounds are well kept and staff are very friendly. You are only a few minuites walk from the hustle & bustle of goan life and the bars and many restraunts.
Once back at the Regalresort you would not know you were in the middle of goa due to the quietness of location.

Peaceful retreat, mins from the hustle and bustle

Regal Park is a small friendly complex with 3 pools, lovely gardens and really friendly residents/guests. Maureen & Derrick keep this comfortable apartment spotless and well maintained and are ‘just around the corner’ if you need help or simple advice on good restaurants etc. The central location makes it easy to get out and about – the nearest beach a 10 minute walk away and a variety of shops, internet cafes and eating places within 5 – 10 minutes walking. All things considered, it’s a perfect base for a Goan holiday.
