This seaside retreat features heart of pine floors & beautiful wood paneling. It is the perfect place for building family memories and enjoying summer days and nights with friends. Enjoy sunrises and ocean breezes on the large screened porch or the sundeck. Beautifully decorated home with large yard, and private access path (part boardwalk and part dune) to beach. This home has the most repeat guests from Island Realty, so book now!

Features include: Flat-screen TV/DVD in living room, den and Bedroom 1, WiFi, Gas Grill, Elevator access at every level, and an outdoor shower underneath the house. Third floor den is host to a TV with DVD, wet bar and mini fridge, and access to oceanfront balcony. Very Good Stay at 2106 Palm Blvd
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 10 spent 6 nights at 2106 in mid-March. Overall, we had a very good experience and would stay here again. The location is excellent, very central, the house and its layout excellent for 4 couples with 4 young children.We are cooks, so the following are cooking comments:- The large dining table was excellent for our group- Good cookware in the kitchen, decent dishes and glasses; could use more plastic dishes and cups for kids- Proximity to Harris Tweeter grocery store is fantastic!- Great gas grill on porch- Per previous comments, the electric stove is fiddly and in need of replacement- The utility room sink next to the kitchen is very handy- There were no condiments of any sort, not even salt & pepper. Highly recommend owner provide S&P, cooking oils, flour, sugar, but plan on buying everything you will need to cook.Note that there will be no beach towels, you have to provide your own or use the house bath towels. Island Realty should consider making beach towels part of the linen package.Island Realty support was very good. There was no stereo in the house, and insufficient nightlights. They bought and provided them which was really nice.If you will be checking in late, after dark, be sure to request that outside lights be turned on. It was pitch black when we arrived and that caused difficulties.But overall, a great stay in a very nice house. We will return!

Reviewer Comments: Good Morning.I notified your front office of these concerns when checking out: 1) the front left bedroom (with the flip flop comforters) has a musty smell that is most prevalent when you walk in the room. The folks occupying that room moved to a different room because they were coughing at night. We wanted to share this information in case there is a leak or some other issue that needs to be addressed. 2) we noticed a hole in the bottom of the freezer drawer. We've stayed at this location for 9+ years and love the cottage. We have already booked it for 2025 -- just want you to be aware of these concerns.

Great screened porch. Our only complaint is that the beach access is challenging, as the boardwalk runs out, and one has to climb up steep sand to get to the beach. Better parking this year with the overgrown bushes gone. Liked that the trash and re-cycling cans were under the house instead of in the driveway. Appreciate your fixing the door on the screen porch.
