Photos and Description of the Pula - Medulin area vacation cottage rental On the outskirts of the historic town of Barban.

Cottage Barban sleeps 2 people although there is the option of an additional sofa bed in the living room - perhaps for a child. It comprises one double bedroom with a good sized bed and ample wardrobe space, and a separate bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine. There is a connecting hallway to the wood-beamed living room - kitchen, with a well-equipped kitchen area, including microwave plus a grand fireplace, comfortable sofa, Satellite TV and Hi-Fi. Outside there is ample parking, a large garden, a terrace and BBQ-Pizza oven. The house has been decorated throughout in a traditional and tasteful manner and has a romantic appeal. It is situated on the outskirts of the small town of Barban, an easy stroll to shops, a bank, post office, bars and restaurants, and is some 10 minutes drive from the best beaches in the area.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We require a 15% deposit to secure the booking, payable either by Bank Transfer or Credit card, with the balance payable on arrival either by Credit Card or in Cash.
    The invoiced amount must be in Kuna (the local currency). If payment is made in Euros or British pounds, the exchange rate will be the Hypo Alpe Adria Bank midrate as quoted on the day of receipt (less any commission charged)
  • Prices include PDV (VAT) but Local Tourist taxes and Registration are additional items and will be shown separately on the invoice.
    Local Tourist taxes range from 2 kuna (approx 27 cents) to 4 kunas (approx 55 cents) per adult per night depending on the season. Children under 12 years old pay no taxes, Children between 12 and 18 years old pay half rate taxes.
    The One-off Registration fee is 30 kuna (approx 4 euros) per person.
