Armacao de Pera Vacation Rental apartment

A lovely bright apartment with plenty of room for our family; my husband, myself and our 11 month old baby. The bedrooms were large enough to accommodate a bigger family with enough beds for 5 or 6 people. We only used the main bedroom but our son enjoyed the space which you would never get in a hotel room.

The apartment had excellent facilities, the main bedroom had an en suite bathroom and there was another large bathroom for the second bedroom. The kitchen had everything we would need to cater for us and our baby, even a microwave. The location is perfect, it's central for travel along the coast on both east and west sides of the algarve. There are places to eat and drink within a stones throw, a few to note are the friendly bar called the Waterdog, the cafe next door to that and the Indian restaurant located in the Garge hotel down the road from the apartment.

The apartment has excellent access to the beach, it's less that a two minute walk! The beach is very nice, easily the best in the area. We have been to the Algarve a few times and I would say this beach is probably one of the best.

The area in which the apartment is located has been padestrianised and around the corner is a sea front boulevard which leads through to the old town. It has some great shops bars and is a nice place to have a walk in the evenings.

We looked at a few places before deciding on this apartment and the location, convenience and excellent condition of the entire living space convinced us that we made the right decision. If you have a car there is ample parking right outside and even a space in the underground car park which is accessible via a remote control door from the street and a lift inside the apartment.

The owner made sure that we had everything we needed even asking whether we needed a cot for our baby. There was even a welcome pack with local information available.

In summary we would thoroughly recommend this apartment and will be back ourselves as soon as we can.
